Recently experienced many issues with our Billie, engineers who tried to blame us for it not working, engineers who had to come back repeatedly. Customer Service staff who do not ring back when they have promised to do so. Today however, I spoke to a lady called Bimla who was really helpful, solved the problem over the phone and gave clear written instructions on how to solve the issue and it worked. Billie - you need more staff like this lady!

I had a part break on my chiller and it wasn’t something I could get of the shelf, I need the water fountain back up and running that day.
I spoke with Neil Wathen, and he went above and beyond to get an engineer with parts to stop by and help me out! This is the level of care and commitment that separates you from the rest. Thanks Neil.

We would like to recommend Karolis’s service from Billi. He is always very polite and going above and beyond to satisfy the client. He recommended us to extend the tap, considering we were told it is impossible on our kitchen unit, however he didn’t give up and make it happened! Thank you Karolis!

Andy Whyley is an asset to Billi, so helpful in trying to fix a fault we had with our Billi tap when the hot water stopped running. Andy called me a day before the planned visit to see if we could fix the issue over the phone and get it running quicker, and followed up later in the day to check if it had worked. Unfortunately we couldn't fix it over the phone as it needed more physical repair, Andy was out early the next morning and solved our issue, explaining what had happened to cause the problem. Thank you Andy!
