They use a lot of proprietary parts
They use a lot of proprietary parts, and break very often, which wouldn’t be a problem if their customers service was good but it isn’t. They are particularly bad in the ucl student centre in which various water fountains haven’t been working for 2 years, nearly all of their use lifetime.

Don't bother installing this tap
Don't bother installing this tap. We have had a Billi tap installed within our office for circa 3 years. Over this period we have had the tap out of service more often than we have had cups of teas form it! Although we are on a maintenance plan with them it appears we have to pay for everything that goes wrong. So far we must have replaced the whole unit twice in this time witha new tank, circuit boards, etc. The
