Our Billy has been playing up for months, and we have been shunted from pillar to post Karolis attended on Friday and like magic he fixed all our outstanding issues we now have both hot and cold and the system is not “boiling over”, thank you Karolis!

Karolis came to our office today to service our taps across three floors. We had some problems but he fixed them in no time and even made the pressure better from removing limescale. He adjusted the temperatures correctly which was great too.

Appalling service from Billi taps, our tap broke and it took a week for someone to even look at it, after this they said it needed a new part which was then 'not in stock' then it came back in stock and they said they need proof of payment before they will send the part out, it's now been 2 weeks since we made payment and we haven't received the new part, not had a single response to any emails either regarding getting a tracking number!
Karlos was quick and efficient, cleared up our V-tap and stopped a reccurring gurgling sound we had lickity split. Thanks very much!

Initial install went well however main tap and drain were different shades of Bronze.
Spoke with Harry who personally collected the correct unit to be re installed.
Kieran attended the next day to install the replacement tap and under counter unit as they were unsure if the originally supplied unit was a reconditioned unit.

Had an issue with the level sensor and Sarjul was sent to fix it. He was polite, gave me an idea about the time it'll take to fix it, and done a great job. All, while he trained a person. Well done!

Danny attended Golding Homes today and was completely amazing. He was reaally helpful and explained the source of the issue and howbto avoid it.
It was completely different to the service received via customer service who was not helpful and took me a whole week to get the appointment set up.
