This company will scam you! They ask for your information all up front and a card on file while saying they won't charge it. If they even check on savings for you they will charge you. I tried to get them to stop and even reported them to my bank. But the digital signature when you click on box gave them access to my card! They are a scam and will charge you a large amount and not save you money.

Very poor and rude customer service. Andrea tried to bully me and was very rude, calling me names. Billshark charged me for services not rendered. They claim they negotiated a bill, but when I call Directv, they have no record of any negotiation. THIS IS A SCAM

Awful company dude. Avoid at all costs. I wanted my bill lowered so signed up. Then I saw they were going to make me pay, so I ended all communication with them. I called my ISP to lower my bill on my own and successfully did so. But they continued to also call my ISP and invoice me! Now they’re threatening to send my bill to collections when I didn’t want to use their service and stopped all communication. Just call your own bill company bro these guys suck. 0 of 10!!!

They never did anything or saved me any money. But they did put a collection on my account for around $750 for all their hard work doing absolutely nothing. Never use them. You've been warned.

When it’s too good to be true, it often is. There’s no trial. Once you’re in, you’re in. I was charged a crazy amount after negotiating a contract (I never said that I’d be willing to lock into a two year contract). The best they did was offer me 20% on their predatory service. Terrible, terrible way to build a business.

Stay clear of these sharks. I had recently got my own credit from my cable company and they called me to say that they get me a $15 credit but could not get a reduction in my bill. Then they want me to pay them a fee. I called them and told them I never received the $15 credit and I am not paying your fee so it was credited. Now the have the gull to put on my Mint that they negotiated my bill with Cox Cable. PLEASE.

Bill Shark did lower my bill, but used a credit that I already requested for, and claimed it for themselves. So really I lost money by letting them lower my bill.

Stay clear of this predatory company. They keep your information forever. I used a "trial" on my cable bill a few YEARS ago. Apparently, they took it upon themselves to renegotiate a bill I had just negotiated myself. No notice (sorry bill shark, having someone open/read an email is NOT consent). They are now billing me $451 for "potential future savings" based on the cable company's non bundled rates. I already had a bundle that saved me. They changed it, then redid it and are now charging me? I won't have the service for as long as they have negotiated and supposedly "saved" me. What a joke. Do NOT ever give your information to this company. Just call yourself. They are the epitome of swindlers.

The fee they charging to negotiate your bill is not disclosed upfront, you end up with a very expensive invoice, I will never again use this service.

I would highly advise against this service. You're better off negotiating your bill yourself.

I was not told about the cost up front which I should have been I did not find out about amount owed until after service was already rendered they did a great job but I would have preferred to know about the cost before service was rendered.

This is a follow up to my 5star rating. It seems that in order to get me a lower bill, some of my channels were dropped, without discussing or getting my approval. I just spent 2 hrs on the phone with the cable company to get my services back to before.
