I am new to Billshark

I am new to Billshark. I just heard about it recently. I filled out the information on the website and Leo was a great help to me in getting my mobile and internet bills lowered. In the case of my internet bill, he was able to lower it significantly. Leo did great work.

They never asked me what I wanted from…

They never asked me what I wanted from my internet provider. I did not want cable. Yes you did reply but I still have cable connected to my account and the bill is more than before. If anything I would have rather had a boost to my internet speed rather than cable added and the amount increased.

Billshark does what it says it will... with a caveat!

Billshark does what it says it will. They will save you money, but with a caveat. Your payment to them will be 30% of those savings. Which isn't necessarily bad. However, they will base some of those savings over a 24 month period. For instance... They saved me $10 a month on my cell phone. I plan on switching companies once our phones were paid off in October. But I was charged $72 for the savings. So it works, just not as well for me.

surprised by how easy it is. until I got the bill

I wasn't sure what to expect but once they had my info a day later I received savings on my cable bill. If I had other bills that were as high as that one. I sure would use them again. Edited to add: ummm just got the bill. They charge you what they save you. So you may as well just pay it to the original company. I could understand may half or a quarter of what they save you but not the whole thing. And based off my new bill they lied about how much they saved me in the first place. Maybe its worth it when you have more than one bill but for now. Not too much

Hi Adrian- our fee is only 40% of the total savings achieved on the account, which is standard within our industry. On your account, we were able to achieve two types of savings. Your Shark applied a $60 discount which is good for 12 months and they also applied a $7.01 discount that lasts for the lifetime of your provider account. Not only did we reduce your bill, but we also increased your internet speed. These are fantastic savings for a single bill!
