Cannot be recommended.

Ordered a set of rubber mats for my ID.Buzz back in November. Due to moving house, I’ve only just unpacked them and put them in the car, only to find that the driver’s side mat doesn't fit.

Since more than 30 days have passed, they are unwilling to fix their mistake. This isn't even a warranty claim regarding a defect; they literally sent me the wrong mat.

So no, I cannot recommend them.

Still NO mats! Very disappointed!

I just received a Kovvar - Bilmattor.com “are you happy with our mats?” survey!??
REALLY???
It’s insulting they’d send it to me.
~3+ weeks ago I ordered 2022 Toyota Aygo X mats for my 85-year old dad.
He was VERY excited about it.
As soon as I placed my order I noticed the address was incorrect.
The order website would NOT allow you to change the house number! The street ADRESS is 10 but the order form shows 10 10 for some reason?? (Two 10s).
Within 10 minutes! of making the order I reached out to the company to let them know.
Their website said I had up to an hour to make a correction. …and I did it within 10 minutes!
No response whatsoever for a week plus! I emailed, I called, I emailed again.
Nothing. Absolutely nothing..
Then I received an email stating I reached out too late to make a change!??
Eventually, after 2 1/2 weeks!! I got a second email stating they’re sorry about the late response but UPS (shipping company) had been notified of the incorrect address and the package was now on the way to my father (Sodertalje, Sweden).

The very next day I noticed the UPS tracking information said my package was now being shipped back to the original warehouse in Holland?!!!
So now, even though the car mats are in a warehouse only 20 minutes from my parents’ house the package is being returned back to the Netherlands!?! Does that even make sense!!?
I called UPS and a manager there said the package was sent with the name of the city but NO address on it?!!
No wonder they’re sending it back.
So now, 3 weeks after the purchase was made the package is being sent back while they’re sending me a “do you like our matts” survey???
The way Bilmattor.com communicates with their customers is ATROCIOUS!! Customers deserve better!

Very, very disappointed.
No idea how to get them to FINALLY send my dad the car mats I’d ordered!

A simple gift for my 85-year old father has turned into stress he doesn’t need as he watches for UPS truck every single morning hoping for the delivery.
After all, it’s all about the small things in life.
Sadly, billmattor.com kind of ruined it for my dad.

Warning

Warning, purchase at your own risk

Product purchased (rubber mats for cupra) but not delivered. They use UPS who may loose your package since its the worst transportation company.

When that happens Kovvar fail to respond to customer emails (3 emails send within a week, no replies).

If anything changes and Kovvar comes through I may edit this review. Until then, take your business elsewhere

Update: Kovvar came in contact with me and resend the rubber mats for the car. This time UPS messed up the delivery at home as usual but I found the delivery point and was able to retrieve the package.

Unfortunately they were for the wrong car and model so im now trying to get in contact with Kovvar again. I will update once i get a response.

Good stuff

Good stuff.
Quick and precise fitting at a reasonable price, for the quality received.
Not OEM quality, but that is not needed to refresh our old 2010 car. The mats are thinner and will most likely live a shorter life than OEM mats, but finding OEM mats for a 15 year old car is not alway possible. This is a reasonable alternative.
Bought both floor and trunk mats. Good fit on all.

I ordered carpet for Audi Q3 F3

I ordered carpet for Audi Q3 F3. The carpets are not fully fitting to the floor and around 20% to 30 % area is not covered by the carpets. Specialy in the front. It's just a waste of money. Also did not delivered on the promised date. Do not recommend.
