Really good website. Was a bit skeptical to order initially to Kuwait. Although it was a late delivery I hope binge.ae changes their courier partner UPS which delivers to kuwait... no proper information or updating from their end. No one picks up when you try to call UPS Kuwait as well. I had to get through to binge.ae for assistance which I'm very satisfied with! Hopefully my next shipment arrives sooner than this... shall definitely order from them. Big shootout to Lucy from the customer team for being patient and helping out with my order.

My first time to order from binge and at first i was skeptical since this company is not based here in kuwait. There were days that i can’t log in through my account and needed to reset passwords. Thanks to the customer support who helped me calmed my nerves especially to Dan who assured me well. My orders arrived early as expected and securely sealed. Definitely i will consider binge in my next online orders. Kudos to the whole team ❤️👍

the support i received was great but it could have been greater if the tracking system online and delivery messages is up to date.

I received my order fast than what I'm expecting, as my order came from US (International). I really recommend Binge.com for ordering some stuffs. and they have also cheap than other online store.

I received my order in good condition but it took too long exceeding expected delivery time and website had problems for long time which got me very suspicious but finally I got my order

my friend's order took a while before she got it but we're happy with the rep who explained what happened.

I order a silicone gel and they cancel my order but didn’t refind my money they said in 24 hours you get your money back , it’s a week now and no news and no replies to my emails😡😡😡😡 so upset

Costumer service is great. After I made the order they called me and talked to me about the technical issues I may have with the product and helped me to choose a right one which Ive never seen that before in any online shopping. I had only 2 days delay. What I received is not perfect but not out of my expectation. In overall I’m happy with their service.
