This company is so bad I'm not even mad…

This company is so bad I'm not even mad I can only laugh. My 1st order will be my last. Shipping is absolutely horrible.Been two weeks and still haven't received. Of course, it's the post office's fault, Right? There are hundreds of other negative reviews about shipping but I guess none are Binoid's fault. What a joke. Customer service could care less.

Used to be good, but no more

I have used Binoid for over a year, and they do make some mistakes, mostly sending the wrong flavor. This has happened more lately. There customer service is lousy. Will never use them again. Found someone else cheaper.

Defective products and rude customer service

Pens clogged after a single use no matter what I did. I followed the instructions on the website and talking to customer service to get their advice. Contradicting advice, rude customer service professionals, and it took a week to process then had to wait three weeks for shipping. They also refuse to put anything other than 5 star reviews on the website, kinda feels illegal like false advertisement or something,

My Binoid Nightmare

I placed three sperate orders for what I wanted on Friday. They told me to place another order, but I couldn't. The chat representative told me to place another order, but I couldn't because I had maxed out my credit card paying for the other two orders; which I admitted to myself, I did click the order button, so therefore they were not fraud. I could not place another order, because I had already placed three and my credit card was maxed out. I was kind of excited waiting for the item to arrive. I did not get a tracking number, which didn't bother me. When I went to look up my order, I couldn't find my account and ended up spending all day talking to their chat agents. It turned out they couldn't help me. And they weren't to pleasant about not being able to help me, and offered me no compromise, and then on top of that, guess what; I'm not going to be getting anything anyways. Anybody who has read this entire review should not shop here, avoid the headache.

Also, If I still have your attention dear reader, this is not a publicly traded company, I couldn't find them on the stock market. Which may suggest this is a problem with management. However, it is nearly impossible to get rid of management of a private company. Also perhaps private companies do not have to disclose the truth behind their claims. I am not a lawyer. This makes sense to me. Thanks for reading, have a better day; and you don't need Binoid in your life.

WHERE IS MY WEED,

I placed on order online Friday 3/6 @ 8 pm. It's now 8 pm Monday 3/9 (3 days) & I don't have a tracking number, have no idea where my order is & can't get anyone from Binoid to give me anything but attitude. WHERE IS MY ORDER? Update: 5 days after Binoid took my money, I finally have a tracking #. My order is sitting in Florida with no delivery date. Update: 3/14 & still no delivery! Either these bozos ripped me off or the mailman did! Binoid is now sending me 2 or 3 bogus tracking emails a day & refused to answer my questions .... Like WTF is my order? What A Crock! Are these bozos even operating in The U.S? 🤔 UPDATE: The bank has refunded what Binoid stole. Know what would be funny? If the merch was delivered NOW, 13 days after I placed an order. 'Cause then, I get it for FREE!!

100% SCAM

Despite of the quality of their product , which is just made up story for users....They re-sell something returned by another 'smart users' . I received one item with 50% of load. Another one, 7g vape, contained....0.2 - 0.3 g ! Almost empty. Took 8-10 puffs and stopped working. After some effort I opened the container. noticed it is ....empty ! Once reported, they offered....discount for a new purchase !

So, 100% scam with poor quality of products and ZERO support. I do hope it is ending of that business.

Horrible customer service, shipping takes forever now, when you do receive the product its only half full. Don't post any reviews that are negative or below a 4 star. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I love this place

I love this place! The quality and variety of strains stands out among its competitors. Also, they have a great price point considering the amount of points you can earn on every purchase. Which is free grams of weed. I order from them monthly. Should probably utilize the prescription but I like to try new strains and they always have a ton. Just try it, you’ll be back.

Defective vapes

Reache don't about defective vapes. They sent some instructions on how to clear it. That did not work. I ended up with a massive burn on the top of my mouth from trying tk clear the clogged devices. 3 out of the 4 I bought were clogged within a couple days. Nothing worked for clear them. There is no customer support at all. Would never recommend this company.

Shipping from Miami, FL?

Not sure why my shipping label was created for/in Miami, FL when this company is located in Los Angeles, CA. I ordered on the 30th, so it's only been a day so far. But the locations aren't adding up, looking up their listed business address (when going to it on maps the actual name of the location is just "Parking Lot," the building number doesn't exist) online it takes you to a parking lot in Los Angeles, CA. The only business there within view of where it brings you on google maps is Camella Nail & Pedispa. I probably got scammed, but we'll see.

EDIT: It's been about an hour and I did some more digging on their site, turns out their return address is also listed in Florida. Which I'm going to post below. So I'm not sure where they truly run business from.

Check him out online mostly bad reviews. I found myself a hundred and 80 at a lost . We'll have to call my card company to get my money back.They will not honor their agreement. There's three states.They work out of need to be identified. State representatives need to look into this business.
