Buy elsewhere

Ordered and received GLP-1 GIP pen. Doesn't work at all. It has a smell of disinfectant which I've never had in products from other companies. I'm not sure what it is but definitely not what I paid for. Buy elsewhere 😞

The company is legit

The company is legit, the products seem good quality. I have used peptides for years and recognise quality when I see it and taste it. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I received my order in 3 days. I paid by card, and everything went fine.

I want to caution others by sharing my…

I want to caution others by sharing my experience with Biolab. I understand how frustrating it is to read vague reviews that don’t clearly describe the peptide, dosage, or symptoms. I’m sharing my story in full so others don’t end up in the same situation.
I spent a significant amount of time researching online, looking for what I believed to be a trustworthy supplier based on reviews and supposed testing standards. Despite being careful, I ultimately received something that turned out to be harmful.
I’m 23 years old and in excellent physical condition — both genetically and lifestyle-wise — and I compete at a high level in running and swimming. Because of that, what happened to me is medically difficult to explain. I was using 200mcg of BPC-157 up to three times per day for roughly two weeks. Early on, I began experiencing tingling and numbness in my arms and legs, along with rushing blood sensations that I initially assumed might be related to healing responses. After 7–13 days, however, I developed vascular pain, inflammation, and visibly enlarged veins, which progressed into thrombosis (a blood clot) in my leg.
From what I’ve learned since — and based on warnings from experts such as Andrew Huberman — these reactions may stem from immune responses or endotoxins caused by contaminated or low-quality peptides from unregulated vendors. Unfortunately, stories like mine are not rare.
Something very important to look out for: if a company claims to have Certificates of Analysis (COAs) but does not publish them clearly and openly on their website, that is a serious warning sign. “Available upon request” is often meaningless without verifiable, transparent purity testing. I asked Biolab for proper documentation and was never provided credible proof.
Many new peptide sellers source their products from China — a country capable of producing high-quality peptides, but also one where counterfeit or poor-grade products and forged COAs are widespread. Vendors frequently advertise that their peptides are COA-verified by default, which can be misleading and dangerous.
I’m sharing this so others don’t have to experience what I went through. Please exercise extreme caution when purchasing peptides — no supplement or shortcut is worth risking your health.

I added 2 stars just because the company delivered the products BUT the person in charge of the customer service / WhatsApp and email is absurdly unprofessional, RUDE, and all adjectives related and I have never ever seen this before in my life. Also I canceled the order IMMEDIATELY after I placed the order and they told me making fun of me, that they would not cancel it nor refund me. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again, and now have a supplement I cannot take and still have to pay for it for 2 months ahead. Absolutely unprofessional and inhumane.

Warning from My Experience with Biolab — Please Read Carefully

I want to warn everyone from my experience with Biolab. I know exactly how stressful it is when people write reviews that don’t clearly explain the dosage, peptide, or symptoms they experienced. I want to change that by sharing my story in detail so you don’t have to go through what I did.

I spent countless hours researching online, looking for a reputable vendor based on reviews and testing claims. Despite my efforts, I ended up with something dangerous.

I’m 23 years old, genetically and environmentally very fit, top runner and swimmer across multiple competitions, so what happened to me makes no sense medically. I was taking 200mcg of BPC-157 up to three times daily for about two weeks. At first, I noticed tingling and numbness in my limbs intermittently, more so tingling and blood whooshing sensations, I thought might be related to healing nerves. But then vascular pains, inflammation, and bulging veins appeared 7 to 13 days in— symptoms that eventually led to thrombosis (a blood clot) in my leg.

Based on what I’ve learned and experts like Andrew Huberman have warned, this is likely an immune or endotoxin reaction caused by contaminated or poor-quality peptides from unregulated sources. My story is not uncommon.

One critical thing to know: if a site claims to have Certificates of Analysis (COAs) but doesn’t display them live and transparently on their website, that’s a major red flag. Saying “available upon request” usually means nothing without real, peer-reviewed purity tests. I asked Biolab for proof but never received any legitimate evidence.

Many startup peptide companies source their products from China, which can produce excellent peptides but also floods the market with fake or low-quality ones accompanied by forged COAs. Vendors often falsely claim their products are COA tested by default, which is misleading and dangerous.

I’m sharing this because I want to protect others from suffering like I have. Please be extremely cautious when buying peptides. Your health is not worth the risk.

Fantastic customer service

I actually came on her to leave a review and have discovered all these reviews about terrible customer service and fake products.

Although I can’t say about the products, I mean, they all look legit, the vials and packaging are top notch. I’ve only just injected the GHK CU so have no idea yet.

But from a delivery and customer service pov it’s been fantastic.

I made an order and it was delivered by Royal Mail within 2 days, but to the wrong address. I knew where it had been delivered as I recognised the door, but the house is empty and has been for months, so I was not able to retrieve it.

I contacted Biolab via WhatsApp on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm. They responded immediately, I gave them the photo of delivery door, my door, tracking numbers etc…and within minutes they had checked details and another package was on its way.

I have received my new package this morning.

I’ve never had such an efficient response before to a wrong delivery. It was so good. Maybe they’re paying attention to these negative reviews and turning it around.

I do hope the products are good though. The product is blue, which is a good sign lol. But I think they must be working on their customer service as it was really good this time.

Great / Idiot on CS

I had a great experience. Each time the products arrived quickly. The only thing to correct is the customer service, which was provided by a half-brained lady. Greetings!

Next day delivery for me, reading the negative reviews which I've only just come across hasn't put me off. I'm on day 3 of bpc157 & tb500 early days to say anything about it. But product wise looks fantastic and customer service is good will be buying off them again for another cycle once this one is finished

Their BPC-157 is legit

Their BPC-157 is legit. I had severe "tennis elbow" pain that hadn't improved after 2 months of ice and avoiding aggravating elbow movements. I injected 10 units/day subQ near the aggravated elbow joint for 10-12 days. I could notice a reduction in pain after just 1 day. And by the time I finished the vial, the elbow feels 90% better. Based on reviews here, I was skeptical, but I can vouch that their BPC-157 works.
