Biolabs responded to my review saying they have depots in uk and Poland, my order states that delivery has been shipped from Hong Kong, so who is lying.

I've ordered from biolabshop twice now and can't fault their service. Really fast delivery , received my delivery the morning after ordering! Products work really well for me. Happy customer, will continue to order from them

The products are really poor Quality, as well as the customer service.
I received the product, but it did not dissolve well (due to it being cheap china stuff). The customer service did not help one bit and didn't care.

I ordered today , because ppl recommend this site. After i paid i got order confirmation , and another mail after 30 sec saying there was issue with payment. Ofc money is gone from credit card. They dont respond at all , and every link they suggest , is 404 page not found.

After posting a negative review , i way contacted asap. Payment was somewhere ,pending, but they fixed it. Next day my order was shipped and i got it today. Fast shipment , box crushed ,but it was GLS mistake they buried it with other packages in delivery . I still say customer support is almost non existing. I paid what it said at web and got recipe ,like i paid ,10% less , but i dont care i paid exactly as web said. I will order today again im hopping without any problems , this time.

I took peptides to looksmax and became true Adam 271k slayer. However, I am still sub 5 and my bone mass has decreased by 0.005% and I now have erectile dysfunction ;). Shalom goys...

I bought peptides and nootropics from them and they are NOT working.

My experience with them has been very positive, I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I have been doing a course of dihexa and feel great, I can’t chalk it up to placebo. If I take more than 10mg I get side effects so I believe it is real dihexa and corresponds to their certificates on their side. I have continued to purchase from them stuff usually arriving within a couple of days. It would be nice if they had some kind of loyalty program to earn vouchers or discounts. Anyway I recommend this company.

The products seem to be effective to me and are good value. One was missed out of my delivery initially but a replacement was dispatched very quickly and without fuss once I managed to contact the company - best form of communication with the company seems to be by Whats App, emails are received but not always followed up quickly.

This is my second order. You place an order and blink and it's on your doorstep. This is an efficient company. It would be nice for their to be a loyalty scheme for regular customers as I believe this would be beneficial.

Very happy with my purchase. Just got scammed by Anglopeptidea and I'm happy I found you. So many fakes around nowadays.

The Vaion NAD+ pen from here is a counterfeit, as confirmed by Vaion themselves who have said that biolabshop are not an official provider. Who know what’s in it.

Be warned the products they are selling are not genuine
I ordered a vibe of PT141 which I’ve bought from other companies in the past
I use a standard dose that I always use around 1 mg and felt absolutely nothing
This has never happened before with any PT141 that I’ve bought from other companies
I hope the dose by 1 mg still nothing and then another milligram still nothing
This product is either gone past its shelf life always fake
I would wager the latter so be warned and as previous reviews have said take a look at the dates of the positive reviews. There’s huge blocks of positive reviews all on the same date which strikes me as somewhat suspicious and unusual.

Final review:

after 34 days i still have not received my complete order from these indians.

THE ONLY WAY THEY REPLY ON WHATSAPP IS IF I UPDATE MY COMPLAINT HERE.

COMMUNICATION IS 1/10 at best, because they do reply, ONLY IF I COMPLAIN HERE.

this is beyond pathetic , i beg every week to receive my order and they say : soon,tomorrow,shipping,soon.

34 days and 2 products from my order are still missing.

Unfortunately they are the only peptide shop in europe so thats why i used them 3-4 times , but after this indian behaviour i cannot recommend them to anyone.
COMPLETE JOKE

Products are always good.

just communication is problematic.
i placed an order 8 days ago.

sent them 3 emails, 20 messages on instagram.

they replied 2 times via instagram: we send order tomorrow.
0 email replies.

0 orders sent , 0 communication, this is beyond pathetic they cannot even communicate.

i ordered from them 3-4 times or more in the past, all was ok, but this time it has all become a huge joke

Update 1: on the day of writing this review i was answered and my order updated to be shipped soon, hopefully next week , i will keep updating here.

Update 2: they have started to ship my order , in 2 parts, received the first part today.

update 3 : received 90% of my order.

i still have 2 products to receive even tho i paid for them .

overall result:

Products 10/10 , all stuff i tried no complaints.

Communication 3/10 : they respond on whatsapp somedays, rarely on instagram and NEVER via email.

and the answer is almost always never concise, you have to constantly message them and ask for updates , nothing is ever clear ( eg: we will ship within 3 business days, etc ) , their replies are always generic : soon , we will find out, will be soon, bla bla.

Second order this month delivery takes around 2-3days depending on when you order, wrote on the other profile with all the bad reviews first here is my second review. Again great delivery, UPS tracking provided so you can check for yourself where your package is. Don’t understand why anyone would have a complaint IF they are able to fill out the forms correctly. They even put a seal on the package so you know it wasn’t opened when it arrives. Top.

Bought a tablets from them for over £50 and they arrived unsealed! No confidence whatsoever what's in there now! That's not acceptable

I have to comend this company for thier products and over all support, we have been using them for 3 years or so, and I have not encountered one issue, the products are superb and my health has inclined significantly, the prices are great compared to other companies, and the products are fabulous. We have several things off them and each one has served its purpose with exceptional excellence.
Thankyou biolab for getting my health back on track and my vit markers on point.
