Another weight loss scam
Return policy on subscription process is a scam as is the product in general.
Bioma makes exaggerated claims about weight loss and compares product to natural GLP 1. It is NOT that, it is simply trying to capitalize on those few people left who do not want to succumb to BIG Pharma.

Terrible Customer Support
After supposedly signing up for a subscription and being charged for the new round of supplements, I was not allowed to return the items. The box was not even opened and customer support ghosted my pleas to return the untouched items to get a refund.

I really liked that there was a process.
I really liked that there was a process to go through to get the product I wanted. I also like that the labels were able to be seen. However, too many add on ads to get the final page.

Buyer beware. Bioma has terrible customer service
I’m very disappointed with Bioma. I bought the utinary tract product. Did not see much of a change. One day I get a message that I had signed up for automatic refills. They did not email prior to the shipment, just said it was shipped and was billed. I sent three emails trying to return it with the last one being ignored. They have the absolute worst customer service. I do not recommend using them. They would not let me return my unopened box and refund my money. I just got a serious medical diagnosis and was advised not to take it by my Dr. I did relay this to Bioma. I would not recommend this product or this company. Other companies have much better customer service. Bioma is only out for the money and I highly doubt their products are anything but snake oil. Buyer beware!
