It's a scam

The wife ordered one test bottle. It took ages to arrive then today she was charged again under a subscription that she wasn't aware of. The bank has now put a block on her card as the company won't let you cancel either by email or the app.

Being treated as a fool

Ordered one off. Then told I had a subscription. They told me to cancel on portal. I couldn't, only skip. They agreed via email to stop. Then sent me another and told me it was my fault since I hadn't cancelled on portal. I thought it was inefficient but now believe these people are dishonest, don't use.

Please do not buy from this company

Please do not buy from this company. I also only ordered one pack of tablets and now see I have been charged for 2 and have had to stop anymore payments via my credit card. I hope this will stop anymore payments. Waiting to here with regards my subscription cancellation.

Knee Pain Eliminator

My experience with these supplements has been very positive. I had been dealing with knee joint pain for several months, and after an X-ray, I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. Some mornings, the pain was so bad that it was difficult just to get out of bed.

After trying a few different approaches without much success, I decided to give these supplements a try. Over time, I started to notice a difference in my joint comfort and mobility, especially in the mornings. While they haven’t completely eliminated the pain, they’ve made it much more manageable and improved my day-to-day routine.

Overall, I’m glad I found something that helps, and I plan to continue using them as part of my routine.

Subscription that can't be cancelled and wasn't asked for

I had to wait several weeks for my order to be delivered. Then a week later I received an email advising that my next order had been despatched. I did NOT KNOWINGLY sign up for a subscription. I checked with Paypal and they'd taken a second payment from my account. When I queried this with the company and told them I do NOT want a subscription they gave me a link so I could "manage" my subscription. After being sent from link to link I arrived at that page - only to discover there is no way of cancelling subscriptions. I emailed them and asked them to simply cancel my subscription and was told that they can't do that. I have cancelled my Paypal payments and complained to Paypal about the company. I haven't even tried the capsules yet as I've been ill and taking meds for that - and there is no way that I want three massive tubs of capsules sent to me every month at a cost of £40.99. I wish I'd read the reviews before I got drawn into ordering from this company.

I want to gently clarify how our subscription system works, as transparency is very important to us. During checkout, the subscription option is displayed directly above the add-to-cart section and clearly states: “Save 20% with automatic refills – Shipped every month. No commitment. Cancel anytime.” This is designed so customers can see clearly that they are selecting an ongoing delivery option before completing their purchase.

Subscriptions are fully self-managed through the customer portal, which can be accessed via the “Manage Subscription” link at the top of the website or within the subscription email. From there, customers can update, pause, or cancel at any time, and once cancelled, no future orders are generated or dispatched.

There are no additional charges beyond the discounted recurring shipment of the same product originally ordered, and this is also clearly outlined during checkout and within the subscription management area.

Regarding the most recent order that was just shipped, we are currently checking whether it can still be stopped in transit. If it cannot be intercepted, please don’t worry, you will be able to return it to us, and we will issue a full refund once it is received back.

Unless your label or product instructions specifically advise otherwise, we generally recommend following the serving directions exactly as stated on the packaging, as this is how the formula is designed to be taken for best balance and absorption. If it suggests taking multiple capsules per day, they can usually be taken together or spaced out depending on your preference and tolerance — but it’s always best to stick to the guidance provided on your bottle.

Since you’ve only just started, it’s still very early days, and many people find the experience becomes more comfortable as they get used to it over time.

Do not use this company

I ordered a product from them it did finally arrive but it was a one off order not a monthly subscription.
The following month they took money out of my account without my permission even though it is clear I do not have a subscription.
I contacted customer services all I got was an AI response .
The customer service phone number is no longer in use .
The only way I can stop them taking more money is to contact my bank .
Do not use this company
The reply is as expected it says nothing .
I checked the portal and as I suspected there was no subscription connected with my email address . I sent a screenshot of this to customer services and received an AI response saying they would need to look into it further .
Since then I have emailed several times with no response .
I have to change my card number to stop anymore unauthorised payments from my account all this for a bottle of turmeric !!!!!

I was a wee bit skeptical at first but…

I was a wee bit skeptical at first but I had to try something. I had to use both banisters to help me go up and down stairs and I could “ feel” my knees with every step. I have been taking the capsules and following the rules for a month now and I am astounded at the results so far. No more banisters needed!!!!! I am absolutely thrilled. I will continue with the program . I love that the company continues to check in with me offering encouragement and great tid bits of information.

I am choosing to continue this conversation on Trustpilot as it seems to be the only way to get a response from this totally dysfunctional company. You have processed a refund for me (many, many months too late) and yet completely ignored the fact that you have just billed me a second time for a repeat order, even though I cancelled this many, many months ago. You have sorted half or the problem so far!!! but I am still owed a further refund. It is almost impressive how bad your customer service is - you must have to work really hard to get it this wrong :(

I ordered ONE bottle of pure Turmeric…

I ordered ONE bottle of pure Turmeric from BioRoot Labs. I received it and started taking it as directed. In a couple of weeks I got a notice from PAYPAL that my account had been charged for another bottle of Turmeric from BioRoot. I immediately (within minutes) contacted both PayPal and BioRoot informing them I did not order a 2nd bottle. Long story short, I was not successful in receiving a refund but I did get assurance my name had been removed from any future mailing list, order, etc. Looking at various reviews of BioRoot it seems as though a 2nd unrequested shipment is not an unusual event. I was equally, if not more disappointed in PayPal when they didn't reverse the charge after I immediately notified them. By the way, I can't tell any difference after taking the entire bottle of pure turmeric from BioRoot Lab. I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to feel or not feel.

Dishonest company

Dishonest company, avoid, I would never sign up to a subscription for a product like this without seeing what it was like first, the ordering process is therefore at best misleading and at worst a scam, that the company despite multiple complaints doesnt see as a problem, my initial order took over a month to arrive and I’ve just been charged for my second order despite an email over a week ago asking them to confirm that I didn’t have a subscription, I received no reply.

As soon as I had ordered this supplement I realised I couldn’t take it because I’m on a blood thinner.I cancelled the order and subscription immediately.
Then I had a confirmation email to say the Order was cancelled.Much to my surprise a couple of days later I recieved a delivery email. I got in touch asking why,where was my refund and why were they still sending the product. Another email saying it was a mix up at their end.I would receive a refund. I didn’t. Many emails later,I recieved the product that I don’t want as I can’t take it.They offered me a 25% refund, or send it back to the USA. I had no idea it was coming from there.So much stress caused by this company. Do not buy from them.I have showed the product to my GP. Have been told it would make my blood too thin,so not to take it.Any body out there want it?
