Customer service not as good as it used…
Customer service not as good as it used to be. Biossance sent me an email for a free item with $75 purchase but the code was blank. I emailed them and was told to message through the website. Then was told to message through instagram. Finally they sent me another code a few days later. Also I had 3 coupon codes and wanted to use them. It only let me use 2 of the 3 which is fine. But I couldn’t remove one of the ones I didn’t want to use. There’s no X to remove coupon codes. Very frustrating.

Love the App
I love my Biossance App and I love the promos and awards points I earn through purchases. The only issue I have is sometimes I have to sign in multiple times and I don’t know why.

I was shopping because of a promotional email you had sent out. The email said to use a code, but someone failed to include the code in the email. I abandoned the shopping. My communication with your chat box was awful. I was requesting that I get the 25 percent discount that I had the email for (and sent a screenshot of). Instead the response was that they would cancel the order and I should try again later because the website couldn’t be accessed. Then later in the day I got an email saying that the order was shipped. I do not want it at full price….. I was clear about that…
