Promo and Rewards Streamlining Needed
I appreciate the various promos and opportunities to buy Biossance products at a slightly lower cost, as they are increasingly out of my personal price range. However, either allow customers to use the promo codes you send them in combination or don’t send more than one. It’s

Biossance is the Best
Biossance is my favorite skincare company. Their products are great quality and I’ve been using them for many many years, since I discovered the gel moisturizer and not to be dramatic, it was life changing… the entire brand has been life changing. From there, I became an huge fan of the omega cream, and then the Ecotin moisturizer when it came out, and I can’t live without it. Even though the cost is higher than I prefer to pay for skincare, I use several of these products daily and always stay stocked up so I don't run out. The site can be a little confusing when using my account and redeeming rewards, but other than that I’m appreciative of the rewards points for discounts and especially for the free full size product every year.

Love the vitamin C oil
I love these products. My essentials are the rose vitamin C oil and face wash. The oil leaves my skin feeling so hydrated but not oily. It does not clog my pores and is amazing to use as a primer under my makeup.

You website it awful! I signed up for the newsletter and never got a code for $20 off first purchase! I could not find where to tell it that this was a gift and type in a message to the recipient. I had to ask ChatGPT for help. The time I spent on your website wasn't worth the $20 savings!

Great Skin Products

I love the Biossance products that work…
I love the Biossance products that work for me! They really are soothing & non irritating and get results. I’ve always been told do not confuse effort with results when it comes to skincare. If it works overnight, it’s probably harming your skin. Slow and steady without irritation always wins.
I am 73 years young and I got carded for the ferry because they didn’t believe that I was over 55! That’s what consistent use does for my skin. Thank you Biossance!
