I feel like I'm being given the run…

I feel like I'm being given the run around. I'm pretty sure their email customer support is just AI, because I keep getting a long-ish, detailed response in less than a minute after sending my last reply. I ordered a product via Biosteel's Amazon storefront. When it arrived, something seemed different about it. To be safe, I've been trying to confirm with Biosteel whether it's authentic or a fake. I used their 'Verify' feature on their website and it doesn't recognize the lot number. So I reached out to check if I was entering the lot number correctly. When I first reached out, they told me that this was Amazon's problem, not theirs. I explained that Amazon's support options only direct me to contact Biosteel directly. They said that's incorrect on Amazon's part, even though it is the actual Biosteel storefront I purchased from. Then they said "If you have photos of the packaging or powder and want a visual check, feel free to share them, and we can take a look for any obvious differences." So I sent photos. Then they replied and said I would actually need to submit an order quality claim through a form on their website if I want that kind of help. But I can't submit a claim, because it requires an order number, but doesn't recognize Amazon's order numbers. After I followed up about this, they said the 'verify' feature actually may not include batches carried by all Biosteel retailers, and made offers that had already been made but ignored/not followed through on (seemingly another sign of AI). We are done with biosteel!

Poor taste, poor business integrity

I started ordering more regularily but quickly realized the product has changed, it tastes toxic. I tried to cash in on a couple of their sales and they continually claimed the "bonus" was limited quantity, never recieved any over multiple orders. The products I did buy such as creatine, protiens etc had such short expiry dates that I couldn't buy 2 and get through them in time. Oh well, Organica happily took my business and has been fantastic.

Changed formula, but denying it

I have been a long time customer of Biosteel. I have been drinking the Rainbow Twist flavor for a number of years, so when I got my new tub from Amazon and it was foamy and tasted unpleasant (like limes) I noticed right away. I contacted customer service to find out if this was a permanent flavor change or a bad batch and was told that the flavor and formula are exactly the same as always.

This is obviously a lie. It tastes and looks very different.

I don't trust companies that blatantly lie to their customers.

I have a few fitness products from…

I have a few fitness products from Biosteel. I have my water bottle shaker for protein powder, and I have some equipment such as resistance bands.

I have found their products do the job and are useful, but some of the products seem to be sort of cheap quality. I guess it's because it's super affordable so you get what you pay for.
