Enjoyment value is fine, quality is questionable, transparency is appallingly low
I tried this company’s vegan protein, and while the flavor and solubility are fine (the chocolate-cinnamon version works well for daily use) the product raises serious concerns regarding transparency.
I specifically asked customer service for the leucine content, a basic piece of information that many competitors (e.g., GymBeam) openly publish. The first response referenced regulatory compliance, which was irrelevant, and the second response simply stated that they could not provide any further information.
For a company that positions itself as a market leader, this lack of disclosure is concerning. For vegan protein, leucine content is not a luxury detail... It’s a key metric where the gap between marketing claims and actual product quality becomes visible.
Until transparency improves, I will likely avoid purchasing their products and seek alternatives elsewhere. I would recommend other customers consider this as well.

I’ve become a huge fan of BiotechUSA. It’s been years and years I’m using their products and I only can say it’s all amazing. From creatine to Whey protein or snacks you have the best quality guaranteed. I already used many other brands but BiotechUSA steals my heart every time and now I know when I wanted something tasty yummy and results I go to BiotechUSA website and order directly to my house. Product Quality Issue, Support&Technical loop
Technical loop: Defective Batch 20251204A & Broken Quality Form
I have been a loyal consumer of BioTechUSA products for over 1.5 years, specifically using Thermo Drine Liquid for international sports competitions. Unfortunately, my latest purchase (Batch 20251204A, Expiry 04.12.2027) from BCAA.ua exhibits a severe quality deviation.
The liquid is transparent yellow and water-like, lacking the standard density, dark color, and grapefruit acidity of the concentrate I have used for years. This suggests a significant manufacturing or stability failure in this batch.
The Problem: I opened Ticket #141083, but support will not investigate unless I fill out a "Feedback Form" that is currently broken (HTTP 403 Forbidden error). Despite reporting this technical block, support continues to send automated replies.
I am requesting that a Quality Assurance manager manually intake this claim for Batch 20251204A. I have photos comparing the defective liquid to the standard version and am happy to provide them once a human contacts me.

My honest experience
I’ve been using BioTechUSA products for a while now and I love them!!! My boyfriend started using their protein shakes first, and when I began going to the gym, I decided to try them too. Now it’s part of my daily routine! The protein tastes great, especially the chocolate flavor, it’s perfect when you’re craving something sweet but still want to stay on track. Also, delivering is great!
