Easy process. My only complaint with Shop is that their shipping updates are rarely accurate.
The bottles are expensive and I didn’t see any improvement, I tried it for 6 months , so I think that is long enough to judge if it works or not and unfortunately it didn’t work for me

I've had a terrible experience with this company.Be very careful when you order from BioVitals you think you are making a one-time purchase, but you are actually signing up for a regular subscription that you have to manually cancel. I had no idea and was surprised when another payment was taken from my account a few months after my initial order. The cancellation link on their website does not work. They keep charging my account and shipping the product. My next step is filing a BBB compliant. Beware of this company!!!!!! It’s a scam!!!

Follow-up on cancellation request. The process to cancel accidental subscriptions is disappointing. The website is quite sneaky with that aspect in terms of invoking an undesired subscription.

Be very careful when you order from BioVitals as you might think you are making a one time purchase, but you are actually signing up to a regular subscription that you have to manually cancel. I had no idea and was surprised when another payment was taken from my account a few months after my initial order. I don't want the product again as it was not effective. I also don't live at the address the order was sent to and so have no way of picking it up ( I was just visiting the USA when I made the initial purchase). I contacted the customer service helpline to see how to get a refund and they have not replied to my message. Extremely disappointing service.
Note: The reply from BioVitals says they have contacted me to find a resolution to my problem. I have NOT been contacted by them. I have check both my regular and spam email folders and there is absolutely no contact from them. This company are awful!

I have been trying to cancel. Tel # dont work or no one answers. Cancellation link on their website does not work. Multiple emails and no one answers. They keep charging my account and shipping. I am now filing a compliant with BBB. Product doesn't work either.
NOTE after I posted this someone called
me but only after I hung up because the phone went dead. The rep sent me an email and was apologetic. Hopefully the company will make good as I followed all instructions to send unwanted product back.
UPDATE; 3/23 return confirmed. On 3/24 another charge for the same. Yet company confirmed on 3/16 no further charges and subscription was canceled. Now I have to open another disputed charge wirh my bank. BUYER BEWARE
UPDATE 4/7 credit received. Still wont change my opinion. The aggrevation to get to this point isn't worth it.

Just trying this for the first time. I do not like that at the end of my order you try to get me to buy additional items. I would order them if I wanted them.
Company has no way to cancel orders or…
Company has no way to cancel orders or subscriptions on the website. You are forced to call and then wait for an email and then have to fill out a survey to cancel. I did this process 3 months ago and it apparently did not cancel the subsrciption and I was still charged subsequently. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company. Avoid avoid avoid

Terrible customer service!!!
The rating should be a zero. I placed an order and then I had a question about the product I ordered, and she refused to answer my question insisting I needed my order number and my email in order to answer the question and since she couldn't speak English, very well she couldn't get either one of them are correct and said she couldn't find my order.
So I called back a second time and asked somebody the same question and he answered the question however, I asked a second question and he couldn't get the answer right from the info I found on your site so I asked him to clarify and then he hung up on me. Not impressed at all. I am hoping the product is effective.
