Never ordering from Biqu again…
Always trusted products and service in the past. Purchased a Voron 2.4 motor kit instead of aliexpress due to addition tariff cost of $80 from aliexpress. Expected Biqu to directly provide better support and shipping anyways.
Turns out my order still shipped from China and nearly 3 weeks later was in my city. The cheap delivery service they choose to use is UniUni which day 1 said “delivery failed” with zero explanation from either UniUni or Biqu and I used a vacation day from work to ensure I was home for delivery.
48 hours later with no notice, UniUni said my package was delivered. Nothing outside my door. I messaged the chatbot this and was provided pictures of a door clearly in my 600 unit complex but no unit number and the picture provided of the package showed no apartment number which is clearly stated when I placed my order. I found several other UniUni packages on doorsteps for others and none had apt numbers in the address. It took 3 hours for me to find the door my package was at, but without my package. The tenant explained someone had come by, taken a picture of the package and took it and drove off. I hoped it’d be at my door after I clearly told UniUni by email my apt number but nothing was there. Fortunately the “protection” plan I paid $3 for quickly approved a refund for “theft”.
I later received an email from biqu regarding my issues with the order, shipping and delivery process, explaining that any continued use of UniUni would result in the loss of my business. The reply was, “your order was delivered. Anything else I can help you with?”
How incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. I have seen UniUni people deliver a few packages years ago on my Ring and all were in pajamas and one even stumbling almost unable to stand up straight to take a photo of my package at my door.
By the way, on the photo of my package with my address without my apartment number was my phone number. Instead of dropping my package off at 1 of 600 units randomly, call me. Just call. The other uniuni packages I came across in my 3 hours search for my package also had phone numbers and no apt numbers and I assume those people are also looking for their orders.
Biqu is only as good as the end delivery and end product. The delivery was terrible and the product I don’t even have. Dropping my order off for pickup at the post office would have been much better.

5 star is not enough for the quality of these products!! If someone has a bambulab it must buy biqu products! The build plates are awesome!

Lack of customer service
Purchased a Biqu BX
Purchased a Biqu BX. Starting off I loved the printer and everything about it until my motherboard burnt up on me ruining the motherboard along with my screen and a stepper driver.. Contacted Customer Service thinking I would get it handled with how well their customer support is and all I got was a run around for months and when I finally did get attention on the matter I was told I would have to purchase a new motherboard and screen. I have looked all over the internet for a motherboard and nowhere in the US is there any available so I asked Customer Service and they basically told me it's my issue and if I can't find a motherboard replacement then suggest finding another motherboard that is compatible. Well thanks Biqu for your help 🖕

Poor service to customers
It’s incredibly frustrating how poor Biqu’s customer service is. Received a delivery notification, but no package arrived. I’ve reached out to both Biqu support and the local delivery company responsible for the shipment, but neither has been helpful. They insist that since the delivery company marked it as delivered, it’s no longer their responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed with how difficult it was to even reach them—I had to go through so many different avenues just to get in contact, only to receive no real assistance.
Horrible business with no customer service
Horrible business with virtually no customer service. Some orders won't ship for weeks. The worse case scenario is if a package gets lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong address. BIQU will not refund you or reship the order. All the "Panda" products are downgrades from the stock Bambu parts. Also they censor reviews on their website. Anything below 4 starts gets removed.
Catastrophic store, hands off
I ordered 2 months ago, according to tracking the goods have not even been shipped yet, support is not responding. I will definitely not be shopping there again.

Most of my we’re on back order one item still is it’s taken forever to get from Illinois to Michigan going on like four days from one order so not really a good experience for 300 and something dollars worth of merchandise
Horrible Customer Experience
Order placed and paied on 05.10.2023 today is 17.10.2023 and still nothing is packed or shipped out. WhatsApp Support answers days later and say I should contact the shipper by email ?? What the heck. Thats nothing what I understand under customer support. Do not order there if you really need the parts.

Their support is horrible. They perform an arrogant indifference and apparently hope that users give up or that the return deadline for the product is exceeded before a response is received. They seem to have become too big of a company to take their customers genuine seriously.
