The pricing is a bit expensive, also, it never caters to what I ask for....i ask for fragrances, lip products and I always end up with hair products in my box instead of what I asked for,

Always a good experience with birchbox. Website easy to navigate, staff very helpful and quick with their response, and always a great variety of products. I ve been with this company over 10 yrs and never had a bad experience.

I love being able to customize contents. Items are high quality and always pleased with my box.

I liked the old Birchbox better. I liked that I could go online and buy the larger container of products that were in the box. I've tried to purchase numerous items and you don't have them. I still love the fact that I get to try different products. I just want to purchase from Birchbox, not have to go look for them somewhere else.

I look forward to receiving the box every every month. It is a lot of fun and great value. I have found a lot of really good product products through it.

I did not get a chance to customize box.

I like that I can pick out what I want every month. I like the quality of the products, and the opportunity to try out different things. I don’t like when the items I want are sold out before I even get a chance to make my selection. I also wish there were more items to select from on each page. It’s hard to pick one item when there are only 5 items on the page, and I don’t have a use for 4 of them, then the 5th one that I want is sold out.

Always such a fun package to open. With new things to try!

I have been a subscriber for years and the products just get better and better. Love the variety and quality.

Like the full size product additions. There have been issues twice with customization on the company’s site but overall a great experience.

Good quality products

Love trying the new products. Would like a few more choices though.

The products are super and the details are easy to follow. All products are quality and picked for my daily use. Love that I can have my favorite products every month without any hassle.

Get your shit together

The experience has really changed…
The price has doubled since I started my membership, but the products are still the same size. There are not separate boxes anymore, or encouraging names like
“ the amazing Jane Doe” etc. those little things really made the experience fantastic.
It has gone from a bright spot of fun in my month to a functional way to get samples that I can try before purchase while avoiding a department store.

Overall I have loved this subscription but my last 2 boxes in a row have been lost or returned and nothing was proactively done to make it right. If it happens a 3rd time I will cancel my subscription.

For the most part everything is excellent. Sometimes I find the choices redundant. My last 2 boxes were great. A lot of great things to pick from. This last box that’s coming in May, I didn’t find the choices to be that great.
