Perfect. Product siza great products

I have had Birch Box for a while. I enjoy the samples, especially for skin care for by 60 something face. I also like the hair masks. The brands are good and a few are great. Your price has gone up so I especially watch for luxury size products that match my age and needs. Sometimes when I order the good stuff it is out of stock but what can you do? That’s all. It’s still fun to belong.

Love getting to choose products but wish there was more of a selection.

Being able to choose the products monthly helps to truly customize each box.

I have been with you guys a very long time even through the hiccups I have been in the cosmetic Industry for 42 years and you guys have really come along way since the beginning

I have had a few issues with double subscriptions but they did set right in a timely matter.

Receiving our monthly boxes is very slow. It takes Birchbox at least 3 weeks to mail the box after we have made our selections. Sometimes I've selected my next months' items before my box is received.

Some of the sample sizes are extremely small for the monthly fee. For certain months' it not worth the monthly payment for what is received.

I highly recommend Birchbox for anyone looking for great products backed by even better service. I’ve been with them for seven years, and I truly appreciate their approach to customer care. They manage to be incredibly professional while still feeling personable and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be staying a loyal customer.My only suggestion for improvement involves the box customization process. I occasionally run into issues where items are out of stock, I receive multiples of the same product, or I'm matched with items I don't use (like lipstick). Improving the "skip" or "swap" logic for out-of-stock items would make the 7-year experience even better! Regardless, the service is great and I’m happy to remain a loyal customer. Otherwise ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

I love getting my box but I notice that my customization emails are not consistent. I wish they were because I love this feature!

I enjoy getting to try new products and generally like the quality, but it is frustrating when the only selections available for some makeup products are nowhere near my skin tone. What was the point of our initial questionnaire asking our hair type and skin tone if the offered products are far from matching them?This has happened several times. I love the customization part, but sometimes the products I select during customization aren’t the ones that arrive in the box, but that’s more rare.

Birchbox used to be great, but it’s gone downhill really badly. The product quality and selection is very good anymore (cheap brands) and they repeat a lot of products. It’s definitely not worth $20+ a month anymore.
