I really liked the replacement I received when the item I originally chose was out of stock. When I had a couple of issues, they were resolved very quickly. The selections are getting better after the stoppage during COVID19 and the company was changed.

I loved all of the options I got to choose from each month! The price change however for a yearly subscription is what made me cancel my membership. I was also frustrated with not getting any kind of notification when the company was being bought out and there was months without explanation of why I wasn’t getting a new box for like 6 months

Receiving box
I have not received my box yet but by going off what I see it feel I am paying a lot for a little product. I was notified that it was shipped but have not seen it yet. I don’t feel the tracking is updated as often as it should and no eta given. I am seriously thinking of canceling my subscription.

I love being able to try products without the commitment of buying a full size product. Birchbox does the research to find the best products. Getting a box every month is like having your birthday EVERY month! So fun!

Delivery
I messaged after hours, so I wasn't sure what the response time might be. I was so surprised when Christina got back to me within hours. She advised that she was taking care of my issue.
My Box arrived the very next day, so my issue was resolved. However, I have no doubt that a replacement box would have been shipped immediately. So glad to experience that customer service remains alive and well for some companies!!

I love Birchbox but I think there are…
I love Birchbox but I think there are still way to improve the experience after the big “pause” they had :
- the shipping. I never know when my box will be shipped.
- the cost. I understand the rise of the cost but I feel like we didn’t get anything better in the same time. Same kind of products in the box for 5 dollars more.
- I love opening my box every month. It brings me joy.
- can we update the liste of product we want and don’t want ? ( I don’t use eyes make up products for example)
