Excellent and efficient
I used Birchover for the let of my rental property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
The advert that went on Right Move was well drafted and presented. They secured viewings for me within 12 hours of the advert going live and had let the property in under a week, answering my emails the same day. I really didn't expect such a high level of service and felt they really went above and beyond. I particularly liked the email confirmations of viewings and the interest they took in the tenants background so I "knew" who I was renting my house to. I felt they genuinely cared and that made such a difference.
I now have a lovely couple renting my property who I know have gone through thorough checks so I've reduced the risk to me as a landlord to a minimal level and most importantly, will love after and enjoy living in the house.
I can't thank Saraya and the whole Birchover team enough. I was thoroughly impressed at how easy it was!
