received damaged products, just thrown into the parcel. No hygienic packaging. Even with these facts, seller refuses to continue the return process. Also not providing any return labels which is granted by law for such a case. Baddest experience I made so fare in online shipping during the recent years.

Received oversized suits contacted Customer Service and Veronique responded fast and worked through with a solution after sending pictures of the oversized suit. Had to return the oversized suits, new suits were shipped and all fitted.

Very satisfied with my purchase of a Peaky Blinders costume. It arrived a little too small, but the exchange was quick and easy. It now fits me perfectly.

I ordered a suit on 30Nov, but it did not arrive in time. Due to the delay, and not expected to arrive before my planned travel, I requested to cancel the order. I was informed that the order was cancelled on 11Dec, and will receive the refund in 10 days. It has been over 2 months now, and I still have not received the refund. Order number is 134647. Awating a response from the company to my emails.

The suit is XL, my height is 1.87 cm and I weigh 83 kg.

I had seen a few negative reviews about their products, so I was a bit unsure before ordering. However, my overall experience turned out to be quite positive.I received my product within 9 days. At the beginning, I didn’t receive any tracking updates, which was slightly concerning. After sending an enquiry, they responded within 3 days and provided the updated tracking details.The product itself is very nice and offers good quality according to the price.

Disgusting that this is somehow legal.

Site claims delivery delays due to volume of orders, when the delay is due to the items coming from China.

If I had wanted cheap rubbish - I'd have bought from the same site as Birminghamwear did for £2:50 and saved myself £25!

I would not recommend ordering from birminghamwear.com.

The delivery was fast and the initial response regarding the return was also quick. However, it has now been 8 weeks since we returned the item and we still have not received our refund.

We have sent multiple emails and have received no further response. The complete lack of communication and failure to process the refund is highly unprofessional and very disappointing.

At this point, it feels like customers are simply being ignored after returning their items. I expect a business to handle refunds properly and communicate transparently.

Suit arrived late due to courier issue I had bought for wedding having sent all relevant measurements
I had to leave for wedding early ( it was abroad ) so my wife brought suit with her as it turns out it was way to small and some buttons were loose
I tried to return on my return but was told I missed 14 day period for return
So I’ve a suit probably 2 sizes too small
for me unworn sitting in my wardrobe

Product in line with expectation. I Bought a 3 pieces suit mix tweed, viscosa and poliestere. The size is perfect. Clean 14 days for the expedition but always tracked with the tracking number. I really don't understand people judjing and giving negative feedbacks. It is everyting written in the website, both that comes from china, both the material of products. Even famous fashion stores sell the same products, with the same materials and from china, but way too expencive. What do you expect from this prices? If you are looking for a tailored suit for sure you certainly can't expect to pay 100 euros for it.
Quick advice.
On the website is written that fits tight, so take a bigger size. ( It's better having a bigger one that you can adjust that a small one that you cannot wear).

In the age of AI and cold, impersonal customer service, it was amazing to work directly with Birmingham Wear. They walked with me from beginning to end, providing me with a perfect outfit from head to toe. 10/10!

I was quite disappointed with this purchase. The quality of the long coat does not match the price at all and feels rather cheap for what I paid.

The first delivery was sent to Germany instead of Switzerland. After three emails to customer service, the coat was finally re-shipped and did arrive, but the whole process was unnecessarily frustrating.

On the positive side, the fit is actually very good and flattering. Unfortunately, the red inner lining bleeds color and stains the clothes worn underneath — even when everything is completely dry. That’s a serious issue and makes the coat difficult to wear.

Overall, nice design and fit, but poor quality and avoidable problems with both delivery and materials.

Made in China, shipped from France, nothing to do with Peaky Blinders and even less to do with Birmingham. And when you return them at your own expense, the stop replying to your emails and your refund… well forget it!

I have very bad experience with birminghamwear. I ordered for my husband a coat. By mistake i ordered wrong color. So I wasn’t able to cancel order. Customer service never answered back. I ordered another color. So i received 2 coats, with a poor quality for the price. And the size was wrong even we checked with measurements. Both coats the same size, but one is smaller slightly and the other is too big. I am not able to do return, because there is no address where you can sent, not professional, no print label to return items. No phone, only email that customer service even it’s written 24/7 never replied in any message. It’s been almost one month. The product is not English as it says. It’s a chinese. Max worth 20€. It’s like scam!

PEAKY BLINDER

I got my peaky blinders navy 3 piece suit and the black long coat (with red on the inside)...the fitment is for me a 100% on all except the pants on the lenght of it...it fits and looks tailor made. Superhappy

Clothes are great i ve bien contacted for my size and weight you just have to put the clothes on . Deliver shipment is fast and you got message to keep confiance you can also follow your ordre very well

This website appeared a few times on Facebook, and I´m generally skeptical, but after checking Trustpilot, I was tempted by a Black Friday offer and placed an order. And from there i can only say full score to them! A few days after I placed the order, I was contacted to ask for my height and waist measurements. An email with shipment tracking information was received, allowing me to follow the order. Then I received my goods, and I was blown away! Great 3-piece Peaky Blinders suit. I´m very satisfied with the service and quality of the suite from Birmingham Wear! More orders will be placed:)
