I ordered two suits from here and received them over a week late. That's not the worst of it. I received incorrect (and low-quality) items. They're impossible to contact to request a return or refund.
This company is a scam! Don't buy from here!

Any item I've ordered so far was in a good quality. The gloves for example or the shoes are partly made out of real leather which you can feel instantly. This is one of few shops where you get a good quality for a reasonable price. The only disadvantage is that it usually takes 2-3 weeks to ship.

My jacket was a little too small. The exchange was completely hassle-free, thanks to Stephanie, who sorted everything out.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a large suit. They sent me a medium. They didn't ask or inform me of this change. I sent about 9 email. Eventually told that they would give me a tie to compensate me for the cost of returning the suit. I didn't want a tie! They would only accept the exchange if I returned the suit within 14 days. Bearing in mind it too them 10 days to actually come to a conclusion I am not confident I will receive the correct size at any point. I will be making a complaint to the European Commission. I cant remember the last time I complained about anything but my whole experience ha been so poor I feel I have no choice. Simply awful. If I could have give no stars I would have.

My order was placed beginning of December. Regardless of providing clear metrics they send over what could be called a "tent" with me knowing, there´s not chance it could fit. I denied the package. Fast forward, until today 05 of March I still don´t recieved my money nor and apologies. Fraudulent (update : thanks for the reply, still nothing)

I would like to say that Stephanie from Birmingham Wear has been absolutely outstanding throughout. I had ordered the wrong size (my fault) of the Shelby Overcoat and returned it to get the right size. Stephanie was outstanding in assisting me with the process and I have received the coat. The fit is just perfect and I love using my new coat. Absolutely highly recommended!

Hi, normally I´ve a problem to get fitting suits, because I´ve bodybuilder-size. But the Team, especially Victor & Imen asked me for all sizes from my body, and I got the perfect suit! My Company recognized my new suit, and of course, some will order it too!

Everything was fine, even the big issues I had were wonderfully managed! They are simply great

We ordered a coat (Authentic Tommy Long Coat) which after trying it on turned out to be too small. We contacted Birminghamwear for an exchange which was kindly accepted. Unlike many other companies, we had to pay for return shipping to an address near our home. After a couple weeks (delay which seemed long to us) we finally received the same coat one size larger, thanks to inner for her support.

Everything went fine. Good material for the price, nice suit at all. Very nice that they also asked for my personal measurements before sending the suit.
Very nice customer support. Delivery from ordering took about 12 days.
