Great Suit!

I ordered the Tommy 3-piece suit, and it fits perfectly. The service worker asked for my size, height, and weight, and the suit fits great—almost like it came directly from a tailor nearby. The actual shipping took 5-6 days—top!

The only bad thing: I was confused by the email address I was contacted from—Gmail. It seemed somewhat untrustworthy, and I initially thought it was a scam attempt. I had to chat for about two days to get relevant details. The Gmail address is actually from Birminghamwear.com—I would recommend using a more trustworthy email address.

But as I said—the suit fits perfectly and is of good quality! I recommend it!

I bought a dress and Victor practically made it for me based on my measurements, beautiful!
Imen took care of the rest. I am very satisfied, I recommend buying! Thank you

I have contacted them 10 times via the contact page to try and get a refund for my son. They haven’t replied he is only 16 and got attracted the the peaky blinders theme which is such a shame .
They have been in touch but no offer of a refund or how we get a refund . My son is devastated and also autistic and this is really affecting him. Please provide information to refund

I have ordered a beige suit and because I have ordered before I knew exactly what size I needed so when they emailed me about my size I gave them the information and the shipped exactly the suit I needed. I also ordered a Birmingham Argent with it but wasn't included. So I contacted customer service and my mail came in the spam so you'll have to be patient. And eventually Stephanie helped me and checked with the warehouse and told me they sent it to me. I am very happy with the customer service and my order. I will buy here again!

I had a problem with the fact that the coat I ordered and received did not match the design shown in webshop pictures. Despite me being late in reaching out I got excellent help from wonderful Stephanie, a manager of the Birmingham Wear Customer Service.
I couldn't be more happy about the experience. BW accepted my return and produced a new coat in the design I originally wanted (and had expected). World class customer service in my book *****.

I had problem with sizes( I bought a coat too large for me) and Stephanie helped me in a very quick way.

The coat itself is a very good coat with a unique style. 5 stars.

Bought 3 pcs. Suit , Tommy coat , sixpence , gloves , and John Shoes.
To much polyester in both coat and suit. Outfit looks more like a costume. Polyester make looks cheaper.
About cap its fine. " High quality leather " says BW about shoes.
Its not , because i am working with leather daily. This is PU leather. Shame on you BW!
Little bit small in size , typical made in China.

this shop sell china stuff same quality as Temu ,…..after I order I been contacted telling me that my pack is gonna come from France’s and be out of stock even if the website says ON STOCK, then I been waiting 3 days for my order to be send , then after 5 days i received a message that my package is blocked at the border due to import/export customs charges I been asked to pay 65£ even if the delivery on website says free, so after 13 days and 235£ i managed to get my hand on this low quality suit totally disappointed…can’t wear this stuff anymore the size is wrong calculated and the material’s are poor , don’t order from this company, waste of money and time ,so if you from UK except to pay the custom chargers between 50-100£ with no refund, if u want to refund the product you need to pay charges on your own so , lost 100£ on start

I recently purchased a cap from Birmingham Gear and the incorrect size cap arrived. This issue has now been resolved with the correct size cap arriving in the post today. Birmingham Gear reimbursed me the cost of sending the incorrect size cap back to France. Very pleased with the outcome and very happy with the prompt response from Birmingham Gear.

The consequent consultancy service from the agent Staphanie as I was about to buy the bristish coat and the three pieces suit was excellent. We tried a number options and she remained calm even if it took long. The professionalism and kindness has made me a fan of Birminghamwear.

Perfect. They contacted me for the measurements. When they an you have the feeling everything is perfect they will send you to product. I had a lot of compliments at my wedding.

Bought a Tommy long coat as a xmas present for my partner using the size guide. It's shipped from China not UK so when it arrived I was dubious of the size but had to wait until Xmas for him to try it on. It was too small. Being a xmas present if i had ordered with their return policy in mind it would not have been delivered in time for xmas,
This company only allows 14 days to return, and when I asked if I could exchange they refused.
Considering how expensive the coat was I would have expected better customer service, the coat was nice but not the quality I would have expected for the price. My advice would be to not bother, you can get all round better product and service elsewhere, rather than an undersized, made in China jobby.
