When placing this order,I detailed the…
UPDATE: Now 1st May 2025 and still no response to my email I sent when I placed this order. Was hoping for a reply, to at least give company a way to redeem themselves, so my review still stands as originally posted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
When placing this order,I detailed the order to be delivered just before Good Friday - as was given the choice of delivery date. I even emailed with 10 min of placing order, as required by company if there are any issues. From March to date STILL NO REPLY as to why my order instructions were ignored - I informed the company both the recipiant and I were out of the country at time of delivery - order came within days of placing order and had to get a family member to collect from local post office. Not impressed, I do not recommend but had to give a star in order to leave a review. Will not order from them again.
There is nothing special or hand made…
There is nothing special or hand made about these biscuits. They are simply Lotus Biscoff biscuits covered in white chocolate with a transfer on top. I might add that the transfer stains your skin on contact, so be prepared for a coloured mouth! I wonder if Lotus know that this company are using their product and claiming it as their own?
Absolute scam
Absolute scam! Came in a beautiful box, and the art transfer on them is very pretty. But you are paying a ridiculous sum for lotus biscoff biscuits in cheap white chocolate with a transfer on them. You get 8 in a pack for £16.90 (in my case, then you add postage). These specific sandwich biscoff biscuits are £1.70 for a pack of 15 at my local supermarket. Do not waste your money. Bought as a Mother’s Day present for my MIL and I’m appalled that we could see the biscoff logo through the chocolate.
Did not arrive
The birthday gift for my elderly relative did not arrive on the day it was ordered. Instead it arrived at 8pm the next day. Very sad. Will not use Biscuit boutique again. Let down badly.
A taste of beautiful joy
What little things bring pleasure and joy to our lives?
Answer is a message from Biscuit Boutique with the most beautiful edible creations to make me happy.
Their creations are almost too beautiful to eat, but eat I must because they melt my taste buds and make me smile. Thank you for the JOY.
Returning customer
I recently bought two sets of biscuits as Ramadan gifts. They were really well received.
This isn't the first time I've used this company but they are my go to biscuits of choice! Always brilliant and arrive on time
**AVOID***Ignorant staff*** awful products***
Awful ignorant customer service and bland biscuits.
I have ordered a nice box of Valentine's Day biscuits for my husband in advance and selected date making sure it arrives on time. I also payed extra for delivery and purchased ribbon as an extra so packaging looks nice and festive. Biscuits did not arrive for Valentines but several days later. No-one was answering calls or emails. Later (way too late) email was answered and was very dismissive, I was made feel like I am complaining for nothing. When I opened the box - there was no special packaging with the ribbon either. Also, biscuits tasted like gravel and chipping... tough and bland, very crumbly but not sweet (at least a little bit so it resembles a biscuit). I got back about the packaging and ribbon, and also explained that biscuits were not only too late to arrive, but were not tasty (maybe even old as they were obviously late to arrive, so maybe not fresh?). Message I received was shocking. My complaint was dismissed and I was told that I am wrong as these biscuits are nice and only best quality products are used, and that they will give me one pound back (£ 1 !!!) for my ribbon. Thats how arrogant, self-important, and ignorant customer service was. Even after I explained that one pound and ribbon isn't the problem, it is spoiled experience that I planned a surprise and this never arrived and did not feel festive as was not packaged well etc. All this was dismissed and I was almost gaslighted into thinking that I somehow am a problem and do not appreciate these disgusting biscuits. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Glorified Covered Lotus Biscuit
Absolutely shocked to see Lotus biscuits being covered in white chocolate with a blurry print on top!
I’ve ordered from BB before and recieved (what I now know to be) Anna’s ginger biscuits covered in an icing with a beautiful pattern on top.
What should turn up this time but Lotus biscuits covered in a blurry pattern for the grand total of £25 including one stroopwaffle.
I was absolutely dumbfounded. Do not waste your money!
I have ordered from them last and I was…
I have ordered from them last and I was really pleased with quality and presentation I would recommend to anyone.
Friend very happy with her item
Perfection!
These really are the most exquisite biscuits, I have bought them multiple times as gifts. The Christmas biscuits were so pretty and the recipient literally gasped when opening the box! The packaging is lovely and they always arrive in perfect condition, which is pretty impressive for something so breakable! Love this company 💜
Art in a biscuit
Art in a biscuit. The decoration is amazing and the taste wonderful Delivery is good with presentation professional and fabulous. A lovely gift for others and a treat for yourself.
Delicious and beautiful product
Delicious and beautiful product, very easy to order and you can choose an advanced date for delivery.

I regularly order with this company for a number of reasons, Firstly the service is brilliant, on the occasion I have made changes to delivery dates etc they have been brilliant. Also the product is first class and tastes delicious. They are pretty and unique patterns which I always look forward to being delivered. The packaging is also stunning.
Cannot recommend them enough.
You're paying £16 for 8 lotus biscoffs!
My partner ordered the valantines biscuits there were 8 in a box. Delivery included he paid £20.
We opened the package and were both shocked to see the lotus biscoff sign underneath some white chocolate, just looked like a terrible job had been done at trying to hide it. The print on the top of the biscuit was transferable and was really blury.
They've advertise lotus biscoffs as their new speculoos biscuit on their website. I contacted biscuit boutique for an explanation and was sent a generic response with a discount code for my next order lol
I asked for a further explanation and never recieved a response. I have placed orders in the past with them for their flower shaped biscuits but after this experience I won't be placing any further orders. I will leave pictures attached in another review.
It's all one big CON.
Avoid at all costs!
I also believe the people that have given positive reviews for the valantines day orders have clearly either been paid to leave positive reviews or even better were probably sent promotional freebies.
Warning to others!

Do not buy these over priced iced Stroop waffles? £21 for 2!
I ordered as a gift for my daughter and the website offers dates you can pick for delivery! A company that sells gifts and dates to deliver should keep to their word otherwise you wouldn’t order them to be delivered for a birthday! They arrived in a bashed up gift bag 3 days later than the date l had selected. My daughter was staying with me for her birthday and returned home so when they arrived they were useless to me. I requested a refund as l don’t eat sweet biscuits and l was refused saying apologies for inconvenience. So if you want these as a gift don’t bother they will let you down.
Terrible customer service too from a Sophia. Very unhappy customer.
These are Lotus biscuits :-0
Just seen someone else’s post - I had similar experience - the yellow box was nice, but the biscuits are actually Lotus biscuits ‘ the logo was visible on the bottom’ and the ‘ hand painting’ was a transfer. I wrote to them but got no response. Save your money, this is a brilliant con!
Pretty as a picture
Ordered the Xmas card biscuit, it was very well received and much admired. Too pretty to eat I was told, but it did get eaten and enjoyed.
Ordered the valentine biscuits
Ordered the valentine biscuits , the recipient loved them , fabulous quality ,tasted delicious very chocolatey , what’s not to love , fuss free delivery , excellent company , will definitely use again
