Bought the Revolution Hydrosteam. The detachable hose does not work. Tried to get in touch with their customer service via emails and call - nothing. Their call centre is so busy they just hang up saying that they can’t handle the call volume.

Terrible service and product support.

After placing an order with next day delivery (#000201345), I received the order confirmation email and then nothing else - no delivery updates, no service updates, calls, nothing. I phoned customer service 10 days later to query the status of the order and after 40 minutes waiting, I still never spoke to anyone. Sent an email to customer service and after another 10 days, I still had no response.

Tried phoning customer service again and waited 25 minutes this time, only to still not speak to anyone. It's the most bizarre arrangement as if this company has just scammed me out of my money and with no intention of fulfilling the order. I ended up just raising a charge back with my credit card company and would suggest you avoid. Consequently I placed a similar order with VAX and received it the next day along with the email updates. Definitely won't be purchasing from Bissell again!

Appalling customer service - they just don't answer calls or reply to emails.

I purchased the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro about a year and a half ago. When it works, the cleaning results are genuinely excellent — it lifts dirt and pet hair impressively and dries quickly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The machine has been incredibly unreliable. Almost every time I’ve gone to use it, there’s been a problem — most often with water not dispensing properly. In total, I’ve used it about 8 times, yet I’ve had to contact customer service 4 times and send it back 3 times for repairs. Even after repairs, it came back missing parts or still malfunctioning.

Customer service has been consistently unhelpful and at times rude, and ultimately told me they would no longer repair or replace the unit unless I paid — despite these being ongoing issues since purchase.

Bottom line: The cleaning performance is excellent — but only when the machine actually works. It’s highly unreliable, so if you’re buying one, don’t count on it being there for you when you need it. I won’t be purchasing from Bissell again.

This is my third Bissell cleaner Ive been using them for over 20 years! They're great and I'd never use any other make. Ive just bought the pet spot cleaner to help get into the nooks and crannies.

I purchased the Bissell SpotClean Pro Special Bundle from the TV promotion and used it once. I found it to clean my rugs exceptionally well. However, I don’t like the over powering smell of the cleaning solution and I found the unit extremely noisy when in use. I had to wear a pair of earmuffs (I use for the chainsaw) in order to tolerate the annoying noise and complete my task. The smell of the cleaning solution and the noise has put me off from using this product since.

If I could give a zero, I would.
I have left a few reviews, and Bissell has given a token reply. The reason I say this is my last reply was ( Please drop me an email with your address and I can look to get a box sent out to you on behalf of the manufacturer.
Email Address I can then provide the details for the manufacturer also.)
So I followed instructions and never got a reply. Their customer service is awful far inferior to Swan and Dyson, whom I have dealt with before.
I do not feel confident in anything Bissell says.

I gave the Bissell Crosswave a fair chance, but unfortunately, it’s just not fit for purpose. It consistently leaves smears and streaks all over my wood floors – not what you'd expect from a cleaner marketed for hard floors.

I contacted customer service and, although polite, they weren't very helpful. As I was just outside the 30-day return window (my fault for wanting to give it a proper try), they asked me to run through all the usual checks, which I had already done. I assured them I was using it correctly.

They then said I could return it so they could inspect it – but since it’s not faulty and just performs poorly, I asked what would happen then. I was told it would likely be deemed "not suitable for my flooring". That’s odd, considering I have standard hard floors and this machine is sold as a hard floor cleaner.

To make matters worse, I no longer have the original box, and was told I’d have to source my own packaging, as they don’t provide it. I’ve decided not to bother returning it – it’s a waste of time. I’m now £270 down, stuck with a machine I’ll never use again.

Won’t be recommending Bissell or buying from them in future.

Excellent carpet cleaner, the steam pre-treat was excellent on a stained area. Pretty easy to get to the carpet edge and the attachments for stairs work well. It does use a reasonably large amount of cleaning fluid but the results are worth it. Very pleased with it.

Would love to review the product but I ordered online 3/4/25, with free next day delivery and it still hasn’t arrived - with NO explanation why!

Kept informed from beginning to end, carpet cleaner was delivered on time.
I read several reviews before I ordered and some said ' This carpet cleaner doesn't leave the carpet too wet ' ... definitely correct ! Just a nice weight to push along and easy to assemble/ disassemble. Rather satisfying seeing all the grime being removed from a carpet ! Carpets get their springiness back and look like new, definitely recommend!

Bissell provide a large range of floor cleaning machines from domestic to semi professional at a price which is affordable. The quality of the equipment is very good and easy to use. The machines come with all the accessories normally are an extra.Delivery is usually next day. I have a big green and upright Pro Heat Evolution Pet Pro these are both very good machines and leave very good results.

Great machine. Carpets came up really good and smelt fresh. Took few hours to dry. Machine lightweight and easy to put together. The water tank needs refilling quite often as it’s a small machine. Probably filled it three times for bedroom. Bought the shampoo separately as it was cheaper elsewhere. Delivery quick next day. Love this machine.

Brilliant. Used on a carpet which has 4 kids and a dog running on it.
Found reasonably heavy to use but become used to it after 5 minutes of use.
I couldnt believe the difference in before and after. Would recommend to anyone

Received mine the next day and it does wot its says on the box I'm more than happy with this cleaner powerful yet light weight and been disabled is brilliant for me

My Bissell SpotClean Pet arrived on Monday. I got up on Friday to find one of my cats had vomited on my brand new cream carpet - disaster! Not to worry, Bissell to the rescue!
It was so easy to use, and there is no mark left. Really impressed with how well it works and its ease of use. Highly recommended!

I ordered the BISSELL Spinwave mop, I own a small coffee shop and the worst job at the end of a busy day was mopping the floor! I cannot tell you how much this mop has changed that! I actually look forward to mopping! 😂 The service from BISSELL is first class and would not hesitate to order from them again.

machine is a bit heavy for stairs ( but is takes the 3 litres of liquid - which adds to the weight ! ) - would be good to have tool with longer hose so can leave machine top or bottom of stairs. So far used the upholstery cleaner and the carpet shampooer - Very good (- had a Vax before which broke internally, was unfixable ....and wasn't old so a bit disappointing ).

The quality of the carpet cleaner is great and much better than cheaper alternatives

I compared the revolution machine to the big green machine that i previously used. The revolution is lighter and easier to manoeuvre
Filling the water tank is easier as well
It performs well, the suction of the dirty water from the carpet may not be as good as the green machine but your not paying the same price.
