Used it, my wife too. Light and easy to use, move about. Simple to use. Thought the spin speed may have been a little faster, but still did a good job. Perhaps a couple of the pads they send could be a little more rougher, just to scrub floor a little harder, but again pads that we had were ok. Obviously it does not get into the corners, but not a real problem. All in all, good job, quick and easy, worth the purchase, would we recommend the electric floor cleaner, yes actually, would we buy again yes. Oh yes it may have a electric lead, but the lead is long enough, and you don’t have to rush before a battery goes flat, and wait for a recharge, so yes buy one, it works, simple , and does a good job.

I'm really happy with the product. I needed a lightweight vac but wasn't sure how efficient it would be. I needn't have worried as I've found it vacs up as effectively as my larger vacs. Excellent value for money.

Prchased Bissell Powerclean carpet cleaner. Ordered after 3pm delivered next day. Well packed easy to assemble and compact enough to fit in a storage cupboard. Very easy to use and very effective cleaning.

Delivery is appalling why they continue to use DPD defeats me. Items ordered well before 4pm deadline for next day delivery so far taken over two weeks and two telephone calls still no delivery

Extremely good for it size! Very easy to carry on and move to different places.Surprisingly good at cleaning and it doesn't leave the seats too wet.I have a fleet with vehicles and manage to wash all of the seats no matter how dirty they were.Definitely recommended!

This company is a complete joke. I placed an order on 24 Feb 2025 and shortly after purchasing the handheld steamer the review were not so great so I email to cancel and request a full refund! I have since that date in Feb send 5 emails chasing my refund but they are ignoring my emails. This is a complete joke and highly unprofessional. Be careful and read reviews and compare other sites before purchasing as you won’t end getting a refund?

Crosswave pet cleaner. Ordered from their site, better price than elsewhere, quick delivery. I agree with other reviewers about the instruction ‘manual’, ie diagrams, not brilliant especially on the self cleaning. Used on limestone floor without the cleaning solution, just in case it doesn’t agree with limestone. It was a really good clean just with water but you still have to deal with the really stuck on stuff manually. So much easier than a mop. Hopefully a regular proper clean will keep it looking good. Haven’t tried carpet yet.

The cleaner was wonderful and really cleaned the carpet well. The clean water tank I felt could have been bigger as I had to keep topping it up. (I live in a 1 bed bungalow so not large areas to clean). The instructions were quite difficult to grasp. I googled the printed written instructions hence the last 2 reasons for giving 4 stars and not 5 but stilla great cleaner,

We have the full size pet carpet cleaner a few years ago and recently bought the spot cleaner as well. They are both brilliant for cleaning the carpets as we have a toddler and a dog who love to make a mess.

I haven't tried the spot wash on other surfaces yet. My only criticism is how loud it is as both machines make slightly more noise than other carpet cleaners I've seen being used, but that's only a small drawback and maybe the volume makes them more powerful?

The customer care from Bissell was fantastic as we had not received the full order and they were so quick in responding and dispatched the missing items so quickly that they arrived the next day.

Really happy with Bissell and would recommend them for both their products and their customer service :D

Quality bit of kit, easy to use. Suction is great for cleaning stains out of carpet's.
