Withdrawals being placed on hold for 16 days or more is absolutely ridiculous for one game log check. I will update this review once the transaction processes. I've been playing here for years and the holds were supposed to stop last year. Man when I first started playing here and the sister sites they were absolutely amazing and so much fun. They cashed out almost instantly. Not sure what happened but do better bitbetwin. Do better for the customers so they keep coming back and not run from you. Maybe the company needs to bring in some new employees that can handle the influx of new players and expand to a multi processing system for transactions. Holds on verified players for extended periods of time is definitely a bad business decision in my opinion.
