It use to be good. I recently came back to them and tried to withdraw my winnings and had a problem i fixed the problem then then there was another and another. I never received my winnings and it took days for them to respond. Then they closed my account without my permission.

I really need my withdrawal processed. Usually it is sent to me right away but this morning for some reason it's taking longer. I wish the customer service rep understood the severity of needing my withdrawal and accomodated me. I've been a customer for a long time and have spent a lot of money. I have used BitBetWin for quite a long time and have never had any issues with them. I recently won a larger sum of funds and when I put in a withdraw request they put it on hold for over 18 hours. They gave me a few generic responses and I waited and waited, still my request remained on hold. I asked for them to cancel my withdraw because I truly felt they had no intention of paying me my winnings. So no I never even got to the level of processing my withdraw and I will not return to their site to play if I can’t trust them to pay out if they feel like I won too much!! No, they never said they weren’t going to pay me they just kept my account on hold!
