As most popular Dj merchandise sells…

As most popular Dj merchandise sells out quickly I ran straight to the merch I wanted and ripped straight through checkout. I then noticed after the fact that a poster was available if you spent over a certain amount. If a message would’ve popped up telling me about this at check out I would have spent the extra few dollars needed to get the free poster. As such I missed out on the poster and was disappointed in this, other artists have done this before successfully and I ended up being happier because of that. So perhaps look into doing this in the future.

order never shipped

ordered 1-3 day shipping but the product never shipped. Sandbag was unhelpful and just told me to wait longer after I brought it up with them a few weeks later. Had to talk to David in order to get things sorted and for them to finally ship my order.

Arrived quick and is exactly as…

Arrived quick and is exactly as described. Got it for my bro for christmas and he loves it, wears it to the gym all the time. The quality of the hat is great, feels durable and worth the money. Now I gotta get myself one lol

Bought a DROELOE hat…

Bought a DROELOE hat and vouched for a free mystery pin that was worth $10 USD. It charged me for the pin, so I contacted customer support, and they swiftly removed that $10 charge with no questions asked. The hat in question is of great quality and I would definitely buy from Bitbird again!

TL:DR, Great customer service as well as products!

failed requested shipping address change

Hi I had requested my address to be changed and had the new address confirmed for a vinyl preorder. However, when the vinyl finally shipped, it went to the wrong address and I was unable to claim the package. Now I can no longer get the BB U ok? delux merch pack or the Droeloe anthology set and the replacement was to just send me another album 1 vinyl. I appreciate the refund but this whole situation should have been avoided since I had confirmed the email address change with the sandbag support team. i don't understand how they replied saying yes, we changed your address and yet they didn't. And even now with the replacement album 1 vinyl, the address is right but the person's name is still wrong.
