Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Unable to provide flatpack which meant I had to dismantle to get in the room. A little frustrating as they assemble their end but otherwise nice cabinet and experience

Decent purchasing experience. Only some confusion about the operation of the product on arrival as they don't come with usage guides - these need to be downloaded from the website.

Brilliant ,given del date when ordered and met del date several texts to confirm !only slight issue was with del driver whilst very helpful when dragging trolley out from pallet was a little rough and I had to tell what it was he under impression it was a chair !so maybe a sticker on top of bubble wrap would work for drivers !the games are just as I remember them, would definitely recommend 👍

I just received my defender coffee table arcade game, unfortunately during transit the bottom of the cabinet was chipped. I contacted bitcade and they couldn’t do enough to put this right, resolved my issue and were fully apologetic, these things happen but customer service nowadays for most companies are appalling but Bitcade were absolutely amazing
