I had a smaller arcade machine which I enjoyed using but took the plunge and went for the 27” screen stand up from bitcade.

Ive been amazed by the difference it’s night and day. So we’ll put together, sound system and buttons work and perform faultlessly and the team were helpful with my many emails.

Delivery was as promised and we’ll wrapped up. The machine is on lockable wheels so can be easily moved, in fact it was that well packaged I got it in the house on my own.

Would highly recommend, I was worried about the outlay but I can tell this product will be with me for years to come.

Fantastic all round service.
I was kept in the loop from the time of configuring my machine all the way through to delivery. The whole customer experience was simply world-class I couldn’t fault it at any stage of the process. Even when the delivery van broke down I received a phone call immediately with a new revised date which was on Monday from the Friday and the machine arrived. The driver also helped to move the machine through my backyard to my building at the back of the house. The machine was also well wrapped up with bubble wrap and additional cardboard to protect every part of my machine. Starting the machine was easy, the instructions were clear on the website I had no problems whatsoever. I am absolutely loving my machine with all 9000 games which I doubt I will ever get through :-)

Love the Bitcade arcade products. It has been a complete trip back into the 80s. I got the coffee table with everything from Pacman to Defender. I am hooked.

Awesome machine and outstanding service from Bitcade. Would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of purchasing an arcade machine. This looks stunning in my Man Cave and already organised a games night with my mates to take us back and replay some arcade classics. Also the delivery driver went above and beyond - what a star.

The customer service at Bitcade was fantastic. I had several questions as I was interested in an arcade cabinet which I could hook my own laptop upto. I wasn't sure the best way to achieve this. The guys at Bitcade were there to help. They responded to me the same day and were able to answer my questions and provide a product which suited my needs.

The delivery date was exactly when stated, no delays at all.

The arcade cabinet itself is amazing. The quality and attention to detail is second to none. I am so impressed and even when I am not playing on the arcade, I can't stop looking at it and admiring how great it looks.

So so pleased, would not hesitate to order from them again.

First and foremost the machine itself is amazing and I couldn't be happier.
Communication via the live chat option is great.
The machine was delivered on the exact date as promised and I was given a time window that the driver would arrive and they phoned me an hour ahead of arriving so couldn't fault that at all.
There are various suppliers of these arcade machines out there but I went with Bitcade because of their positive reviews and have no regrets at all in respect of both the machine and the fantastic customer service.

I work in care and support and was working toward a goal with my client, which was to get an arcade cabinet. The nature of the job means there is no direct control of finances, which proved difficult with many companies we had contacted before. But we never gave up. Enter Bitcade....

These guys were able to help my client achieve his goal. We spoke on the phone, discussed the machine best suited, the cabinet style, and had regular and consistent communication with us so as to overcome the hurdles on our end. Super professional, helpful, AND friendly for the entirety.

The cabinet arrived sharp, it was very well wrapped and secured, and just a beautiful looking machine all done in the Marvel theme. The machine is immaculate with all the fancy lights and buttons, light guns, and the tracker ball. It was also as simple as plug in and play until your hearts content. Needless to say, my client and I never did much work this day =)

My client now has the authentic arcade experience in his very home, and they were not disappointed.
