Very fast delivery / Entrega rapidísima

Very fast delivery (within 2 days). I'm used to Bitiba in Belgium and have the same feeling.
The heavy package (2 x 12 kg) was handled very well, and the delivery was correct, polite, and flawless.

Entrega rapidísima (en 2 días). Estoy acostumbrado a Bitiba en Bélgica y tengo la misma sensación. El paquete pesado (2 x 12 kg) se gestionó muy bien, y la entrega fue correcta, educada e impecable.

Bitiba was recommended to me by a friend

Bitiba was recommended to me by a friend who has been ordering from them for a long time. I've ordered from them twice now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The prices are very reasonable, and delivery is fast. I will definitely stick with this company.

Good range of products at reasonable…

Good range of products at reasonable prices. They never have offers on the products I buy and have taken away the -3% discount which is a shame. It often takes longer than they say for things to be delivered but, if I have had a problem with damaged goods, they have sorted it promptly

GLS lost my order but it was quickly resolved by Bitiba and resent, this time to arrived quickly. A problem with the delivery company but it seems common looking at other reviews, maybe it's time for a change?

Great delivery service

Great delivery service, never had a problem, although this time a bag of food was torn/ broken and there was loose food in the bottom of the box, which I threw away, but I’ve used them for a while, and I’m always pleased.
I’m sure if I had brought the tear to their attention, they would have dealt with it. Love that I don’t have to carry heavy food around, it just arrives at the door!

Highly recommended shop! Great experience always.

I'm a customer of Bitiba.es for 5 years and I have never had a single problem with this shop. They always shipped very fast, they do not sell products that they don't have in stock, and recently when I had a problem with the delivery because the courier damaged the package, ripped the bag with cat litter and also lost two six-packs of cat food Bitiba did not ask me a single question, they immediately offered to send new order or refund the money. Honestly a great shop! Very much recommended!

Lack of languages in bitiba website
