Still waiting for delivery.
I have been using this company for a long time. But unfortunately my last order was on the 12th January it is now the 23rd still no delivery but you have taken money from my bank account.

Been buying from them for 5 years but…

Been buying from them for 5 years but although the deliveries are always good about two years ago this company started putting anything they felt like in the box and not what I had ordered or what my cat necessarily likes. Price quantities and delivery fine but for example if I order prawn I do not want it replaced with any old flavour they think they can get away with.,,,
