She I had great customer care relations.
She made a cup of tea for us. Spent ages with us. She helped us to and from the car with tiles. Great listening and conversation! My 6 year old loved her and wants to return to speak to Liz!

I am so lucky and happy to have met her been with her seeing talking to Carmen each day and always there for me and for everyone else in this Retirement House always. I would sincerely and deeply recommend her to anybody who seeks to have her as their Development Manager at any given time if Carmen decides to move out in the future.
I do like her very much and value appreciate her for all she does and works so hard to maintain this Development each day and tries her best to keep all happy and content too.

I have known Sue Rowland the house manager at Myddleton Court retirement flats in Hornchurch for 11 years. My mum lived there for 8 years until she sadly passed away and now my uncle lives there. Sue goes above and beyond to help all the residents. She is helpful, friendly, polite, charming and always professional. We really struck lucky with her.

i purchased a 120 inch projector tv combo let me tell you my kids love it the use it out in the backyard to play video games and watch movies with all thier friends it was a great but 100%.

Living in Cobbett Court has been a very relaxing time with the help of a wonderful manager. He always smiles and is happy to help out when required. He is friendly and nothing is too much for him. He and his family have been a joy to have around. We will miss him.
