Come back to your senses and walk out of this trading platform for your own good. They will always make sure you end up with zero balance. Withdrawing your profits is like a pipe dream. Never experienced such a lag while trading on any other platform ever. Seriously.

not regulated in the UK so they make up their own rules and laws, were happy for you to deposit into their wallet but almost impossible to get your money back afterwards

Following warning for all Bitmex users. My Bitcoins withdrawals are cancelled and suspended since Monday 25.05.2020 without any reason given from Bitmex so far.

Bitmex Support is not responding so far beside one guy I reached out in the Russian Telegram Chat just writing to wait for someone else responding me.

So beside writing a support ticket,
- I wrote an e-mail to to their support team
- I called the phone number: 001-800-517-3111 which appears on google when searching for Bitmex, 3 times without someone responding.
- I tried to reach staff Members directly on IRC, Telegram, Twitter without anyone responding.

The situation is very stressful for me as I don´t have access to my Bitcoins since then and I don´t know how to solve this issue as Bitmex is not very responsible.

I don't use more for strange line problem! I used many month ago but now there are many more user friendly!

This exchange is pretty large, a global one, the UI design is somehow complex tho, not very friendly to rookies. But their server is stable compared to most exchanges.

I've had some dodgy experiences where it looked as though charts were manipulated against me.
Almost like they were SL hunting, because Trading View didn't reflect the same movement.

This exchange has a trading desk that ptotects the exchange from risk. Thus if you put any kind of position in play over 1000 pounds they will move market to manipulate you. You can actuallt manipulate them to liquidate you while counter tradibg your own pisition as a hedge as their behaviour is that reliable. However often price moves on mex are often not reflected on the main market as seen often on xrp. You neef to stay well clear of this exchange. You are trading agaist an in house trading desk that can spike price anywhere. When i close mu acciunt they tried to access the exchange i withdrew using same email and password. Thankfully i use different passwords and never use 2fa with mex as you are undermining money on other exchanges. Mex was part of the cowboy first wave of unregulated exchanges aling with bitconnect et al. There are much better options now. I mean even if it were not a scam there are no coins on offer and you can not trade tops and bottoms as they cut the servers. This exchange is a scam. You have been warned.

This exchange is full of market manipulation and random site offline.. secret orders and what not!! A lot of lawsuits now against bitmex! Makes this a very unreliable exchange. Im not here to promote anything tho

Support staff is useless. They make matters even worse. Also, their charts have many scam wicks. Google them, they make you lose tons of money

Just terrible and utterly pointless. The entire point of this "exchange" is to put people up against each other (zero sum game) while extracting fees and liquidations from them over time. Over time no one except the exchange wins. Check the growth of their ridiculous insurance fund if you do not believe me. Stay far, far away; don't give these guys your BTC.

Extremely Poor Experience! Platform is extremely complicated and you can see absurd ups and downs to terminate shorts or longs. I manage to withdraw everything. While the whales make money, the little guy is blow away.

I had liquidation price set 15326.50. They closed my position even when price didn’t drop below 11350…I lost all my asset like 15,700 EUR and they will not respond to my complaints...I filed in Jan 2020, it didn't take much time for my claim to be approved, my referral was partially reimbursed, so I am certain of positive outcome. I'll keep you lots informed, please stay safe.

Terrible service, few days ago while the market was moving hard, Bitmex was down for some time, and all my orders were executed without being able to access the exchange. This is absolutely unacceptable and i wouldn't suggest anyone to use this exchange any more.

I used to login daily to make test transaction. I invested a small amount, I was only trying to see how they work

One day I could not login. Tried resetting password, but did not get email. My account simply dissapeared. I used to get notifications about my orders, but none anymore from that day.

Tried making new account with the same email - not possible.

I think they have some purge of small accounts and keep email addresses to reject future accounts.

No support at all

I was just in a long trade.
I had got in at 8264 and expected it to go up. Per my trading view graph, bitcoin went up to 8350 but on the bitmex website, their graph (which I also had live and open) had only showed that it had went up to 8276. Therefore my “take profit” alert was not triggered and I did not make any profit for the trade. They are blatant scammers!

I wish I could upload the screen shots. I will report them to the FCA as I have sufficient proof!

The worst thing is that there is nothing that you can do about it. They are based in the Seychelles with very few ethical laws! It also explains why American citizens can not use the platform without a VPN.

My advise: learn from me - join a reputable company like IG instead of bitmex.

Scam site, they locked out of my account for no reason they stole a lot of btc from me... No response at all scammers!!!!!
