I bought the product from a TUI flight, however, upon returning from holiday it no longer worked. I contacted customer services and despite having no receipt (due to it being a flight), I could provide evidence of the transaction and returned the product for inspection and a replacement product was despatched promptly. Customer service communication was prompt and comprehensive

Was very impressed with the product as they are made with recycled plastic, but the earphone wire didn’t stand up to wear after only a months use. They ask for all the information on the packaging plus proof of purchase to replace but I threw the packaging away as I bought the earphones on a TUI flight so no packaging or proof of purchase. Not an expensive item, and as I provided a photo I would have thought an instant replacement.

Excellent customer service from Ryan when I mistakenly ordered the wrong item on line. Ryan intercepted my order and swooped it for the correct battery pack and even gave me a discount.

Ryan took control of the situation from the beginning, offered me advice and then offered a replacement component. Throughout it all he kept in touch, giving me progress updates. The replacement has now been received and is working well.

I bought my Bitmore Bluetooth speaker on a TUI flight, but it was faulty. I got in touch with Bitmore on my return from holidays. They sent me a link to a prepaid label so I could return it, and within a week I had a new one delivered. Excellent service

For the price this is a good buy. Sound is very good, connects easily to tv or Bluetooth devices, battery life is excellent.

I cannot fault the customer service but I would rather have a product that works well than have to make use of them! I am now on my third set of Bitmore ear buds, the first pair being replaced free of charge, the second pair replaced and a full refund made. The third pair still don't work well but I have now given up.
