Bitoasis is definitely a scam I dont know how dubai allows them to have an office. Dont waste your money on them ill tell you what happened with me. My sister had an account but she withdrew before their kyc issues started. My money has been stuck for almost 2 months and their support is useless. They tell me to withdraw my money but my balance only shows on the home page when I go to withdraw they say no funds available. They should be sued and closed down

You can transfer your crypto to another exchange patform like binance .i did that and i safe my money thank you .

I am trying to update my KYC, but the app will not let me. It’s showing under review for more then 1 month and will not let me upload anything documents. They blocked my funds saying I need to update my KYC but it’s no way to do that. I contacted support center but so far no help from them…

Have someone manage to verify there account and was able to have access to there funds. its been over a month now and I am unable to get any help from them to get my account verified. I am busy with my lawyers now and will be taking legal action and taking it to Dubai police. If anyone has the same issue let me know. My lawyer is building a case at the moment.

Bit Oasis. Initially an extremely positive experience. For months now, it's completely stalled, demanding KYC redo without completing the process. This issue is common among many users. I'm starting to suspect it's far graver than they admit. Wouldn't surprise me to read news tomorrow they've been hacked and lost funds. Hope I'm wrong.

I am a UAE-based expatriate and have been a registered user of BitOasis for several years. Recently, I encountered significant issues with the KYC verification process. After submitting my documents through the BitOasis application, I was informed that they required manual review. Despite waiting several days with no progress, I reached out to customer support via WhatsApp. I was then instructed by email to provide additional documents and answer several questions, which I promptly submitted on 16 October 2025.
Since then, my verification has not been completed, and I have received no meaningful response to the multiple follow-up emails I’ve sent daily. When contacting support via WhatsApp, I only receive generic replies stating that my case has been “escalated for comprehensive review,” with no indication of how long the process will take.
As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds, which are effectively frozen on the platform due to BitOasis’s prolonged and unclear verification procedures. I no longer feel comfortable using BitOasis and will not be depositing any further funds.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency, poor communication, and apparent disregard for client concerns.I will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.

To be fully transparent on 25 Oct 2025, my verification has been successfully completed following a manual review and I am now able to make full use of my account again.

I’ve had an overall disappointing experience with BitOasis. What stands out most is their lack of proper customer handling and security awareness. It’s deeply concerning that a regulated exchange would request sensitive financial documents and personal data over WhatsApp or email, both of which are insecure and completely inappropriate for KYC or compliance purposes.

While customers nowadays understand the need for KYC, and I am for one who respects the requirement and the procedure, what feels even more puzzling is the level of intrusive detail they ask for, especially for accounts that have traded minimally or hold assets only in the lower range of a few thousand dirhams. The scale of information they demand simply doesn’t match the account activity or value, raising questions about proportionality and data protection. Nonetheless, if this is the level of data needed, they have to collect it properly in a way that instills trust and a sense of security for their customers.

Their response times are extremely slow, often taking many days, sometimes even weeks, to get any form of follow-up. Communication feels one-sided, and resolution seems to require persistent chasing.

It’s really unfortunate for this to be the case for a platform that operates in a space built on trust and transparency, their practices seem to unfortunately fall short of both.

How is it that Bitoasis is still allowed the operate in the UAE. Complete scam company. I deposited a 5000 AED to buy some more crypto 3 months back, but now cant get my money off the exchange. They keep replying to my questions with more questions.. I was always tier 1 on the verification system as the amount I traded was very low, however now I'm trying to get the funds off the exchange, I have to go to tier 2 verification (For customers who need a higher value of trading) I can see a lot of customers getting ripped off by this company.. Is the no way to get a group lawsuit against Bioasis?

Is there anyone's verification they approved in the last few months?
All I can see is people complaining and it's been 2 months since I haven't had access to my funds even providing them with all the documents,

How to get this sorted because clearly they can't sort it!

I assumed i was the only one, but now i see many with the same issue of KYC. What are they upto,not sure though. Even if i submitted all the KYC documents, still the account is blocked. Once in a month they reply saying they have moved the case to the concerned team.I am behind this since early September. I have decided not to use Bitoasis if this is the way they treat their customers

If there is negative 100 i was going to choose it. The worest ever app i have ever dela with. They blocked my account for verification which i did ir many many times, send the documents also to there email and to whats app but no one reply or updates.now i can't go out and i can't trade or get my money back.

After verifying my KYC twice already i was shocked after 1 week from my last verification that my account is blocked again and they asked for a bank statement and a salary certificate over whatsapp and since the certificate takes time i provided them with the bank document and a salary slip till i get the salary certificate and when i got it i have been trying for 3 days to contact them by whatsapp and mail but without any response and now since i got the response they are asking me to do all these steps again! And they are holding my money hostage!

BitOasis is blocking people's portfolios for verification despite having the required documents for a month. No indication of any issues nor any transparency on the process
. No meaningful response from support who just seem to copy and paste their messages over and over again. I had been a client for 10 years and really disappointed by the level of negligence and disregard for customers. I don't know how BitOasis intends to regain trust after their horrendous handling of this and lack of care.

Despite many trails to complete the re-verification which really getting painful !!! throw the past 3 months I’m trying hardly to contact BitOasis throw whatsup email and BitOasis app while no customer care phone number available anymore for direct assist to BitOasis customers specially in UAE !!
What I’m getting only some robotic reply and promises maybe human reply on WhatsApp , issue is getting annoying now daily emails and on BitOasis app notification to re-verified without any clarification of missing document or notification that my verification is completed either .

Your prompt reply is highly needed while I don’t want to keep my money/assets at risk while no clear clarification specially I’m an old client since years .

There system seems to glitch. There has been multiple KYC requests which I adhered to. In each case it was resolved and it is as if it’s not logged and then it appears again. I used BitOasis when it first launched and had no issues. I have resumed using it in April this year and in summer of 2025 the KyC issues began. I have lost faith in and have given them multiple chances to “fix it” but it persists.

I have been using this company since 2019, had no issues at all. Recently KYC still pending almost a month, poor customer service, withholding my funds, have all sensitive information. Have and will continue to initiate legal action accordingly.

My EID expired, but they are unable to process the new one, and constantly close my support tickets without resolution. My account is meanwhile still blocked and I cannot withdraw.

I strongly advise staying away from BitOasis. My account was suspended due to a KYC update, even though I submitted all the required documents over a month ago. Despite repeated attempts to contact their support team, I’ve received no real help or resolution.

My funds have been inaccessible this entire time, and it feels like my money is being held hostage. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a company that handles people’s financial assets.

Until BitOasis fixes their support system and becomes more transparent with customers, I cannot recommend them at all.

Rip off - they let you transfer crypto to fiat of some currencies that you can’t withdraw, you would then be forced to convert fiat into crypto all for very high fees (around 20%). Total scam-fest. I deleted app after sending crypto elsewhere.
