Verification is a hassle! I have been trying to verify my account for Tier 1 - which enables you to deposit up to 200k AED. I submitted all the documents needed as required on their website. However, the cycle is never ending. They keep asking for more and more documents, some of which I am not comfortable sharing, and none are mentioned on their website's FAQ.

For example, they're asking me to provide my home country account statement, investment portfolio records, my company's recent invoices, passport copies of my company's partners and other things.. noting that further documents might still be needed.

I understand the importance of KYC procedure being a business owner myself, but I also understand my privacy of myself and other associates of mine.

So this has been going on for few weeks and I asked the support team the reason they're asking for extra documents not mentioned on their website as a requirement, but have not received a clear answer yet.

I am not a hedge fund manager looking to invest millions, I am just a beginner trader who's looking to invest and trade as a side hustle that's it.

To be honest I've heard some good reviews about this company, which is why I decided to give it a try. So my advice, if you're comfortable sharing private documents with them give it a go, for me I'm going somewhere else.

We had sold all our shares in December 2024. Post that we had to run behind them for money to be transferred. After asking for all illlogical doubts we had to give them deadline and let them know we will approach respected authorities it was only after that they took action which was also a task and they gave us an deadline to withdraw money in 48hours. After 3 rejection finally the amount got transferred. we gave all the documents they asked, but when I asked for their license, stockholders details etc, they never acknowledged nor shared those documents.

Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with BitOasis. I raised a simple but critical issue — frequent automatic logouts — over three months ago, and since then, all I’ve received are useless automated replies with no real action, no investigation, no resolution.

It’s shocking that a platform handling people’s money and crypto assets can deliver such abysmal, careless customer service. They show zero accountability, no urgency, and no respect for their users’ time or concerns.

Frankly, this experience has destroyed my trust in BitOasis. I would strongly caution anyone considering this platform: if you ever face a problem, expect to be ignored or strung along endlessly. For a financial service, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

transfer fees are charged 0.0005 BTC, equivalent to 42USD for EACH transaction, even kept on hold for 4 days to carry out their dystopian check. Other Platform charge 1 USD for any BTC transfer. This is piracy ...

Horrible horrible horrible. My debt card transaction to purchase usdt is still pending, I recived an email saying "thank you for your deposit" but nothing has been posted. This company is by far the worse when it comes to customer service. I am not sure how UAE allows them to conduct business like this. Something needs to be done about this company

poor customer service, tried to pass the KYC procedure, shared my documents, it got rejected, contacted the support, reminded them 3 times to process my request, finally they replied to me and asked to share the documents over email, send already 1 week ago and still no reply

I have been waiting for my crypto transaction, support told me it will take 3 days for some reason and it’s been 6 days, I have contacted support multiple times and they keep replying the same replies to me and them close my ticket with no answers, I highly recommend not to use this firm as a crypto exchange. Very unprofessional.

Today, they sent me an email about Ramadan. I don't mind others celebrating it in their countries and families, but what does it have to do with me as European? Why are they preaching Ramadan to me, when they are nothing but a crypto platform?!

This is highly insensitive and even rude, considering the current dynamics in the world and Europe specifically. The email would make sense if it were addressed to people in the Middle East, for example.

One thing I know for sure is that I will NEVER use BitOasis because it preaches to me a foreign religion, which is irrelevant to me and everyone I personally know. And this is clearly not something even remotely related to crypto, the only reason they even have my email.

Dear Bitoasis team, i urge you to look into my usdt transfer that has been pending for weeks now. I humbly request if the money can be refunded to my account or transfer to my wallet where i processed it to. I have been constantly reaching out to the support team, they are just comming up with some lame excuse. Thank you

I have been using BitOasis for over three years with little to no problems. It was actually for the most part a very smooth experience and security is top-notch.

Two weeks ago, however, I attempted to deposit AED into my account like I usually do. For some reason, it was blocked, and BitOasis decided to freeze my account. I could no longer deposit or withdraw AED, and the majority of the UI interface started bugging-- not allowing me to access my history normally. I had contacted their team multiple times to no avail. I would always get the same message "Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate team". When asked how long it will take I'd be told "There is no estimated time". Two weeks later, today, and I am still not able to use my account normally.

The last thing you want from your exchange is for it to block you mysteriously and not allow you to pull your money out.

I am planning to completely remove all my assets from my BitOasis account.

Great fast customer service

This is really worse platform customer service is very bad . I dont know the reason they have told me that they will close my account . So i I wanted to withdraw my money the withdraw option is not working at all. They have given me 24 hours time to withdraw .thre withdraw option is not working i cant withdraw my moneyI complained several time but no support.i have also requested to call me so that they can solve my problem but nothing happen.

Quick and easy to load money from UAE bank account. Easy to convert to crypto. Then the problems start. Can’t transfer out due to the “travel rule” and their completely incompetent staff. Avoid!

I made a transfer, but it has not been added to my account. I reached out to check on the status, but they have stopped responding.

Given their lack of communication, I’m concerned that this might be a scam. I transferred funds to another crypto platform, and that transaction was delivered the next day from the same bank.

I no longer trust these people. Please avoid them.
