They delisted token on 2nd December even though their email stated they would do so in Feb 2025.
Been 2 weeks since coins got liquidated but it hasnt been credited to my AED wallet.

This is the worst customer service possible and they never respond to emails and do not have a helpline number

Not receiving SMS code for log in to account, neither any help with call option. Raised numerous complaints but no response except default email replies.

Good support, nice experience with Bitoasis App, can withdraw and deposit funds easily..!!!

I deposited money into my BitOasis account, submitted all the required verification documents, and yet I am completely unable to withdraw my funds. My account appears to be blocked or restricted without any explanation, and the customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to messages, emails, or any support requests.

This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I trusted this platform with my money, but now it feels like they are deliberately withholding my funds. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid using BitOasis at all costs.

I will be escalating this issue to the relevant authorities if it is not resolved immediately. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!”

Very poor customer service , still waiting to get access to my account after 10 days , no contact number and only email but thet don't respond . Stay away.

I am trying to sell RLY crypto, but it showing some error saying the token is invalid. I am contacting customer care from 19th November but till now I did not got any positive response from them. Whenever I am contacting they are saying "case has been forwarded to the appropriate team for further review. They will get back as soon as possible".

Good service and platform experience. however I will recommend them to include more crypto coins at the earliest for example PEPE is still missing.

Totally unprofessional platform with zero customer service. Have transferred usdt to another platform 5 hours ago and still nothing has happened! The so called customer service doesn’t respond at all. I start to believe this platform is not legit and extremely worried about my money now! Everyone be aware and keep far away from this platform. I really hope it’s not another scam platform

Hello dear BitOasis users 👋 If anyone has encountered a similar situation could you kindly share any suggested solutions? I registered my account using my email address, but now when I try to log in, the system suggesting me to register as a new user even though my account is already linked to this email. Unfortunately now I'm unable to access my funds. I tried reaching out to support using a different email, but haven't received a response yet….Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

Best crypto wallet and best customer service. Amazing

While overall they are ok, I still cannot get over the fact that they charge 0.0005 BTC to withdraw, which is around 130AED to date. They should charge the normal network fees that in lightning are fils whole on a normal segwit address could be 10 to 15 AED.
Time to update your fees guys, you are too expensive ! Bitcoin is going to the moon you can’t ask us to pay 0.0005BTC for sending !!!

I don’t know why it always happens that when market is going down you don’t process the Crypto Withdrawals on time.
It takes like 8 to 12 hours and in some cases it takes more than 24 hours.
I don’t know why this happens every time ONLY WHEN THE MARKET IS GETTING DUMPED.

A fraudulent set up to which i’ll be making a fuss about. Hidden fees, they say no trading fees are taken when using bitoasis lite, this is all untrue. Fees, fees and more fees, before you know it youve lost a quarter of your initial deposit. Withdrawals take a few days, but you need to pay a fee to deposit instantly. A scam, stay away.

Don’t deposit AED to this exchange, the bank asked me invoices from DUPS TECH Fzco and customer care after waiting for a month they never provided causing the closure of the bank account
