I don’t know what the other players are talking about but if you read everything carefully and follow directions before you contact support it works, it’s great, it’s fun and easy to withdraw. You don’t have to make a deposit but then you are only entitled to withdraw $25 a day. I won $700 with my free sign up bonus and withdrew $25. I read all info and realized if I deposited $10 I would then be able to withdraw $50 so I did. I now have been withdrawing $50 a day since with no problem and it doesn’t take long. The way I see it is I really won $690 and I have $50 in my pocket guaranteed for the next 12 days. Oh I forgot to mention I won an additional $300 with the $10 I deposited. I would be the first to write a bad review if I had any indication that it was a scam. Customer service is also always available and very patient and helpful. Thank you BIT OF GOLD! You have a great website and I love it!

I signed up and did well enough to make a withdrawal, but ...... They won't let me get verified, every time I try it said my info doesn't match, so I email chat and messaged so my info my id my selfie several times and I just get the run around now for 7 days.... SCAM SCAM SCAM

Great platform, but don't think you'll be able to redeem your free play bonus when you sign up unless you make a deposit before playing it. Even if the site says otherwise. If you go to the withdrawal page, at the bottom it will state

"Note: Users who have not made any deposits on the website can withdraw maximum $25 per day".

But this is not the case. So make sure to deposit with the bonus. I have never deposited or redeemed but I know someone who has, but the fact they lied has turned me away along with the others I know. I'm not risking it, that's too big of a red flag for me. Id post photos if I could.

Horrible service and even worse staff. I have been waiting for a withdrawal that was processing over 8 hours ago . Customer service said they expedited it at 4:39 pm and then at 11:30 pm they said they had issues with the website and it was delayed, now I can't get q response from them at all.
