1. They will continue to "renew" your subscription without your permission. When you cancel with Bitsgap. Save the cancellation notice. I was billed even though I canceled the subscription a year ago.

The User Interface is quite user-friendly, and you may access Trading view with a technical barometer on the bottom left. You can save multiple layouts and load them as needed. In essence, if you trade cryptocurrencies, you can run bots and do so without ever having to leave Bitsgap. Overall, top-notch product!

I've been using Bitsgap for a while now, and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed with their customer service. The chat is always available and their response time is incredibly fast. Whenever I have a question or need help, they're there to assist me in a matter of seconds.
However, I've noticed that there are some negative reviews on TrustPilot from people who have lost money using Bitsgap. Best user interface and support
First of all the user interface is unlike any other so easy to use. I made few bucks using their 7 day free pro trail and then moved to the beginner package as 2 grid bots were enough for me as my investments were not so high. My only complaint or request would be why not have the 'Take profit for bot' on all paid services. I have seen few free bots have them. I believe many users would be happy to have that feature and have their profits stash away safely while the bot continue trading. But with the current plan and my budget it seems I can't afford the pro version so I have to stop the services.

Live Tech Support, are they any good?
I had a few questions not covered by the frequently asked questions section so I went to the customer auto bot response system. It did not cover the question I had so I asked for a team member. I got a response in a very short while and they were able to answer my question and provide screen shots on how to resolve my problem. I have used the live tech support several times and each time was a quick answer to solve my problem. I had Olga help me twice and she was awesome but honestly the entire team is awesome. This is what customer service should be for all companies.

This platform is a highly sophisticated scam syndicate, that has robbed me silly. Don't believe the positive reviews. The proposed 'daily' profits i never saw a cent of, infact their ridiculously high monthly subscription fees and robots ensured i lost the most from any other of my other digital platforms. This platform turned 25000 usds into 6000 usds this is not including over 2000usds in monthly costs and the thousands the 3rd party advertising took from me in which this 3rd party is used to limit and take away their liability. You better off way better off just using trusted sites like coinbase etc. It will save you thousands.

The Bitsgap team kept working with me until the problem was resolved.
I asked for help on their chat window on a weekend and the reply was they would get back to me on Monday. Thankfully, they replied within a few hours so I was glad I didn't have to wait. They sent me detailed information on how to resolve my problem and kept working with me until the problem was resolved. Then they followed up to double-check check everything was working okay. I was very impressed with their thoroughness!

Fantastic bot trading software platform!
I've been using Bitsgap bots for ~ 2 years. Setting up, changing, & stopping the bots is very easy. Plus, they are always adding new features & improvements. They also offer video training which would be very useful for a newbie just getting started. The times I've had to seek support the staff was quick to respond, follow up, and always very helpful to quickly resolve my issues. I haven't tried any other bot SAAS & don't intend to because Bitsgap has everything I want in automated bot trading. I also love their crypto spot trading interface. You can trade with all of your different crypto exchanges in their software without having to log in separately to your various exchanges. Honestly, their trading interface is much easier for me to navigate than those on my exchanges.

Bitsgap is one of the "Crypto" service company you will get service and support from. A company in that industry that has a decently good service and a decently good support, unlike Kucoin which does not reach a one in a review.
