The best of 4 bot sites that I have tried
I signed up for a bot training course, which uses Bitsgap and have had one or two bots running for the last 8 months. I've found them to be reasonably easy to set up, to modify, and to cancel and start over with another coin.
Support chat has been helpful when I have a question.
Around Black Friday I opened trial accounts at 3 other bot sites, and found 2 of them overly complicated -- even though I'm a technical person. The 3rd site looked easier to use, with the ability to copy other's bots, but my bots have been undependable, and tech support has not been able to help much.
So that leaves me appreciating Bitsgap more by comparison.

Never too old to get ahead
I am 60 yrs old and just bought a computer and I am learning about bitsgap. I was a truck driver so I had no idea what I was doing. It took me 2 weeks to get an api key. Now I wasn't on the computer all day. . My first email ever was to bitsgap.Olga and her team sent me directions and now I can teach other people. It wasn't hard once you understand the little things that you need to do. In this case I used an IP address and I wasn't supposed to fill that section out. Thanks guys for yr guidance and patients . It is a high-risk robot. I tried it for about 32 hours. The floating loss became $80 and the profit was $12. Then he took another $100 from my account and put it into trading without any permission from me. I set $400 for the robot, and after the market reversal, he added another $100 from my wallet
The technical support is terrible. It is a robot. You will lose all your money until the human support responds to you. These are bad points in this platform. I will not try again here, nor buy anything. The subscription is high in price and also unsuccessful.

The support team were very responsive…but
The support team were very quick to respond to my issue. I had just missed cancelling the 6 months auto-renewal by only 12 hrs, and so still had two days remaining on the current Pro plan. I wanted to downgrade to Advanced plan and requested if the support team could refund the 6 months of Pro that I was just charged for, so I could subscribe to the Advanced plan for 12 months instead. I was referred to the Refund Policy and advised my refund would be only 513 Euro, however I paid 648 Euro, a difference of 135 Euro, which is more than a month. I question why I was charged for the renewed Pro subscription as I still had 2 days remaining on previous subscription. If a company is loyal to its customers, I would have expected a full refund, especially as I am still a subscriber. Not very fair at all.

Avoid BitsGap!
I would avoid them if I were you. They have a predatory policy regarding refunds that can change at any moment without notice.
If you are unhappy with their service but have paid for it with crypto, they will not refund you back! Meanwhile, all of their competitors have no issue refunding crypto payments. Will never use their service again. Customer support, in particular their support Gulmira, didn't offer any solutions.

Been with bitsgap for over a year and have found the platform very useful. It does require some learning which is worth doing, so far I have not experienced any problems with the platform or the customer service.

Partial trades and lost bot profits
Happy subscriber to Bitsgap for 10 months with no problems until Oct.27,2022. On that day I noticed partial trades and lost bot profits trading TONE/USD on Coinbase exchange. I contacted Bitsgap support and my concerns were met, initially, with somewhat patronizing replies - are you famiiar with the transaction tab?, perhaps you are not reading the transactions correctly. Eventually, someone at customer support acknowledged that there was indeed an issue with coordination between Bitsgap and Coinbase and that the large profit subtractions and partial trades I was experiencing were a problem. After being contacted by Tier Two technical support, I have been given no clarification or indication of how or when Bitsgap might resolve this issue. Meanwhile, I continue to lose profits on my trading pairs. Silence from Bitsgap in the interim. I trust Bitsgap to do the right thing and hope I'm not disappointed.

As you already know, this present circumstance with Coinbase API inspires a ton of disarray due to their transition from «Pro» to «Advanced Trade».
As our Support Team Lead, Paul, clarified with you, from one perspective, CoinBase APIs will remain working as usual, but on the other hand, none of the 3rd party applications can work as expected as your funds are moved to an already different «Advanced Trade» exchange.
We are constantly trying to figure out any specific dates for the upcoming resolution from CoinBase, as this is the highest priority for us right now. But unfortunately, so far all 3rd party services interacting with this exchange through the API have suspended their work.
As soon as there are some news/updates incoming for the case, we will immediately let you know 🙌🏻

Bots will take all your money with a smile in ANY market. They just raised their prices twice for a longer term of 12 months with a NO refund policy.
People are not coming back after the experience. They realized why to offer six monthly plans when we can take money for 12 months.
Stay away if you don't want to lose all your money and pay for it to a third party for helping to make it happen.
Edit: They will beg you to leave a good review when you have just become a new customer (they know that after a month you will face the reality of huge losses) and before the dysfunctional program took all your money. Remember, they are not liable for taking your money, as you can see in their response. The company ran by kids.

1. All your funds are always located on your exchange balance. You connect your API key with trading permissions and control trading using our interface and feature, but all the trades are processed on the exchange side.
So, Our Bots have no access to your funds as your API key has a restriction for any withdrawals or etc.
2. We did raise our subscription only once back in October 2021. The prices were changed back in the day, and the service we're providing right now is wholly upgraded in a much more comprehensive direction.

Summarily, we provide refunds for the remaining unused time of your subscription excluding the already spent time.

My experience with Bitsgap began in 2021 (about 1 year), the platform in general is easy to use, not complicated at all, well structured and well designed.
Using the services offered is also easy, might be tricky sonetimes to understand the technical aspects, but it is normal for all similar platforms.
The customer support is great, i never spent more than 2-20 minutes for my questins to be answered.
Prices are reasonable and the referral program is rly great compared to other platform!
I am happy to keep using this platform, and would definitely recommend it 👍
