Super quick despatch. Packing was amazing so secure and great value for money. And to top it off they even sent me a personal email to say my item had been despatched.

Carl got in touch with me personally to tell me my pre-order was actually coming in earlier than expected, which I thought was a nice touch. Item came when expected and was really well packaged to preserve the item and not be damaged. Excellent service all round.

This place is such a great local gem of a shop, I've shopped in their physical store and online and both have been fantastic experiences. Ordered a figure today and within an hour it had arrived, sometimes it pays to shop local! I can't recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend Bits of Plastic enough. I have used them in the past and always had a great experience. The customer service is outstanding - ordered for local delivery on an evening and my parcel was hand delivered the next day in perfect condition. Ordered a Transformers Legacy dead end to complete the Menasor figure. Easy to order from and it was dispatched the same day. Received it 2 days later completely as described. Excellent service would genuinely recommend using them and I would purchase from them again! Bits of plastic? Fantastic!

First time i had tried bits of plastic as i needed 2 specific transformers and they still had them in stock at a good price. Decided to order another transformers and a neca Robocop alongside them as prices were decent and all arrived very quickly and in exceptional condition. Packing was also top quality. Will definitely be using them again especially with the points system they have to get money off toys in the future.

They kept me updated every step and I found using the site easy.
