Fitbit Charge 4 replacement straps
I ordered three replacement straps for my Fitbit Charge 4, which was incredibly easy and effortless. The website is incredibly user friendly, and offers great discounts. Unfortunately, the very next day my Fitbit died and could not be replaced, so I needed to cancel my order. I emailed Bitstraps as soon as I could (which was after close of business) but I received a reply from the owner, Tom, straight away and he cancelled my order and sent me a refund. My whole shopping experience was seamless.

Problem Sorted without fuss
I did not spot that there was a choice of size for the strap ( I need to go to Specsavers!! ) - so the original order had to be returned and ask for the larger size. All dealt with very efficiently and without fuss - thankyou - great service.
