I don't understand why my withdrawal was rejected. It shows "failed."

This exchange is a complete scam. They arbitrarily trigger risk control measures without any reasonable explanation.

This feels terrible.

My experience with Bitunix has been extremely terrifying and painful.

On June 20, 2026, my account (UID: 451487157) was suddenly restricted following deposits totaling approximately 1,003 USDT and a subsequent withdrawal attempt. I was informed that my account had been placed under a "Fund-Related Violations" compliance review.

What concerns me most is that my funds were frozen without any prior warning or advance notice.

Since the restriction was applied, I have cooperated fully with every request made by the compliance team. I promptly completed KYC verification and submitted extensive documentation to prove the legitimate source of my funds, including:

• Bank statements
• Transaction records and receipts
• Exchange transfer history
• Prop firm payout certificates
• Additional supporting documents requested by the team

Initially, I was told that the review process would take approximately seven business days. Later, that timeframe was extended to up to 30 business days, with no clear explanation as to why the process had changed.

Even more concerning is that I have now been informed that I may need to wait until July 31, 2026, simply to receive another update regarding my case.

At the time of writing this review, my personal funds remain inaccessible despite my full cooperation and despite providing all requested documentation.

Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent and unclear. I have contacted both [support@bitunix and [reviews@bitunix], only to discover that these channels appear to route back to the same support system, resulting in repetitive responses rather than meaningful updates.

I understand and respect the importance of anti-money laundering procedures and compliance reviews. However, legitimate customers deserve transparent communication, reasonable timelines, and clear explanations when their accounts and funds are restricted.

Keeping customer funds inaccessible for extended periods while repeatedly extending review timelines creates significant financial and emotional stress.

I have obtained a copy of Bitunix's MSB registration certificate and, if this matter remains unresolved, I intend to submit formal complaints to the relevant regulatory authorities, including Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), so that my concerns can be properly reviewed.

I sincerely hope Bitunix resolves this matter promptly, releases my funds since I have provide each and everything to them, and improves its compliance communication process to prevent other users from experiencing similar situations.

Bitunix locked my entire account — withdrawal, spot, futures, P2P — for 30 days, after only two days of trading with a small grid bot (~1 USDT orders, no manipulation). Normal exchanges restrict only API access, not the whole account. I completed KYC and submitted every document requested, yet my own funds are still frozen. Be very careful keeping money here.

Bitunix attracted users with a promotional campaign, then refused to pay my bonus after I completed the requirements. Support hid behind a vague “risk control review” and refused to explain what rule I supposedly violated.
They simply denied the reward and refused to provide any evidence or explanation.

Bitunix risk team is engaging in corporate theft. They froze my account and are trying to deduct $383 of my own personal funds (UID: 859666194) [finance].Their automated anti-fraud system is completely broken and works terribly, throwing false positives and glitching on normal accounts. Instead of fixing their system, the support team manually uses fake excuses to hold my personal deposit.They got completely tangled up in their own false claims. First, support agent Austin tried to accuse me of making short trades under 3 minutes. When I proved that I only had ONE losing trade that lasted 1.5 hours, they abandoned that fabricated statement. Then they invented a new fake accusation, claiming I used hedging strategies to "withdraw trial funds" — which is technically impossible since their own system completely blocks trial fund withdrawals!Support agents Amy and Austin flat-out refused to help, stating "the decision is final". They are shifting fake accusations just to force a deduction and steal $383 of real personal money from users without any proof. Do not deposit a single dollar here, you will never get it back! Release my $383 now!

I have been a VIP 2 Level user since 1 year on bitunix, Everything was fine even though they have lot of hidden charges,But in last 2 days they suspended my withdrawals and freeze my 15000$ and put my account under review for 30 days without any valid reasons. I am have taken this issue with my legal teams and filing complaint about them with Dubai financial regulators and SEC. Hopefully the are held accountable like FTX and behind Bars since many users are reporting such issue with them.

Warning to all traders. Bitunix is an untrustworthy exchange that tampers with contract data and fabricates conflicting formulas to wipe out user funds.
​I experienced a liquidation event and requested an investigation. Bitunix sent me two official responses for the exact same order, but their formulas completely contradicted each other. In their earlier report, they claimed my Maintenance Margin Requirement (MMR) was 113.07 USDT and explicitly calculated my liquidation price as 0.5281. However, in their latest official email, they suddenly changed the calculation, claiming my MMR was 114.15 USDT and stating that 0.5281 was just an internal reference price, forcing me to accept a worse liquidation price of 0.5287.
​Even worse, to force my final account balance to zero, their technical support randomly fabricated a mystery deduction of 132.86 USDT in the earlier formula, which they completely omitted and hid in their latest response.
​After the position was closed, my actual market loss was only -43.18 USDT. Instead of returning the remaining 100+ USDT of my cash balance to my wallet, Bitunix confiscated everything by manipulating these numbers. When I caught them cheating, they offered me a pathetic 20 USDT bonus to stay silent. I refused. Do not trust this platform with your money.

My account was locked with $1600 due to a ridiculous reason from the Bitunix security team: "Poor security risk." Instead of requiring me to strengthen my account security, they blocked my withdrawals and made me go through a very complicated verification process of their own. I really don't know who approved such a nonsensical logic from the security team.

I deposited 1500 usdt in the account. As soon as I’m trying to withdraw the withdrawal is suspended. Same this happened to my friend, they deposited 3000 usdt and the withdrawal got suspended. Now they are not giving any explanation why withdrawal is suspended and rejected the appeal. When we talk to the support on app they are asking to wait for 30 days… need immediate solution on this

@Bitunix official I also deposited 3,000 USDT into this; both my account and my friend's account were suspended without any reason. It ran smoothly for the first few months, but later the accounts were suspended. I had promoted this to quite a few people. I have lodged a complaint now; let's see if my issue gets resolved or not.

My withdrawal was rejected saying unwanted reasons

My account on Bitunix has successfully passed full KYC verification. However, the exchange has unjustifiably blocked access to my account and is requiring additional video verification with my face on camera.I cannot complete this requirement due to my religious beliefs, which prohibit filming videos with my own face visible. I have already informed the support team about this.Specific reason for the block (quote from Bitunix support letter):«Transaction Log 1: SOLUSDT-Long-Cross(66x) ... PnL of +2,284.66 USDT.
Transaction Log 2: SOLUSDT-Short-Cross(66x) ... PnL of -440.77 USDT.
The synchronized cross-hedging pattern on the exact same asset... has been flagged as a highly irregular transaction pattern.»
Important clarification:The first trade (Long) is mine.
The second trade (Short) is not mine. I never opened it.
Bitunix mistakenly linked my account with another person’s account and is accusing me of multi-accounting + hedging.

These two positions were opened only 4 minutes apart, but closed on completely different days (one on April 13, the other on April 14) and showed dramatically different PnL (+2,284.66 USDT and -440.77 USDT). This clearly proves they were independent trades, not a coordinated hedge.This is not hedging and not a violation on my part, because the second position belongs to another user.I have never created any additional accounts, have not engaged in multi-accounting, and have not conducted any suspicious operations. Bitunix’s accusations are completely unfounded and based on an erroneous linking of accounts.I kindly ask Bitunix to: Immediately unlink my account from the other one and remove all restrictions.

It was a very bad experience—on multiple occasions. They simply do not execute stop-losses. My God, the amount of losses and damage I have incurred with this platform is staggering. They do not honor stop-loss orders. The platform fails to protect your trades; instead, they consistently trigger your positions.

It has been an abysmal experience just trying to change my mobile phone number; they have rejected my KYC verification three times. I cannot withdraw funds from my account they have me locked out because they aren't sure if it's really me. My case is unique: I have access to my email and I use Google Authenticator, yet they claim that their security protocols still prevent me from proceeding. It makes absolutely no sense. I can tell you that I use other exchanges, and never not once have I had to go through something this ridiculous. Please, Bitunix, update that obsolete security system you have it's already 2026! Change your SEO or do something.
