I have been using this trading platform for almost 2 years and I have had 0 problems, the main thing about this platform is their short amount of time they have been public which gives a sense of untrustworthy, but I want to say that with the good experience I have on bitunix so far I can confidently say that this platform is worth using it.

I’ve been on Bitunix for almost a year now, and what kept me here is the fast execution on trades. The TP/SL, limit orders on entries/exits… all triggers with no delays.

There’s also the public proof of reserve; and BitUnix trust funds that’s also public. As a victim of the FTX crash of 2022 where I lost over $10k, Bitunix keeping their funds public is very reassuring.

I’m posting this as a serious consumer warning based on my personal experience with Bitunix.

On 10 Oct 2025, my XRPUSDT futures position was forcibly liquidated during a confirmed platform outage / user lockout, where the platform became unresponsive and I could not properly manage risk (e.g., add margin / close).

After the incident, Bitunix:

Confirmed the outage occurred during the incident period

Provided contradictory explanations regarding liquidation pricing

Refused to provide a verifiable, time-synchronized audit trail (exact liquidation timestamp(s), Mark/Index/Last prices at execution time, or server-side logs showing my margin attempts)

Issued a “final decision” without verifiable proof and later continued circular responses

They later offered a “goodwill” bonus, but even the written terms were contradictory over consecutive days (0-deposit activation confirmed in writing, then reversed to require a 10,000 USDT deposit).

This is not about normal market volatility — it is about forced liquidation during a platform failure, followed by lack of auditability and dispute transparency.

For clarity: I have already spent months with Bitunix Support on Case #1849927295, provided all documentation and screenshots, and repeatedly requested a time-synchronized liquidation audit package (exact liquidation timestamp(s) + Mark/Index/Last prices at execution time + server logs confirming margin-add attempts).
Bitunix refused to provide verifiable audit evidence and declared the case “final/closed” in writing.

If Bitunix has any new information beyond what was already discussed under Case #1849927295, they can contact me referencing that case number.

I am extremely disappointed with Bitunix. On December 29th, I deposited 14,619.1672 POL via the ERC-20 network. Even though the transaction is clearly visible on the blockchain, the funds have never been credited to my account.

I opened support ticket #26844, but instead of helping me, the support team marked it as "SOLVED" while my money (worth $2,200 today) is still missing! This is unacceptable behavior. They are trying to ignore the problem instead of fixing it. Do not trust this exchange with your money until they prove they can handle support issues professionally.

I was looking into Bitunix but have decided not to join due to the bad reviews here, These exchanges need to be held acountable for their actions (or inactions).

Based on reviews, I had just registered the account with them, and now I'm hesitant to risk my money on a company that frequently crashes due to network errors and offers poor customer support. It seems a lot of people are complaining, which raises Red flags for this company

⚠️ Bitunix Platform Warning ⚠️

I was scammed by Bitunix.

I entered a long position at 0.1469, and the trade was liquidated before reaching the official liquidation price displayed on the platform. This clearly indicates price manipulation.

What's worse is that the technical support is completely unhelpful. Tickets are closed before the problem is resolved or a logical explanation is provided, and in a cold and unprofessional manner, without any real investigation into the error.

I warn everyone against dealing with this platform.

Please be extremely careful before depositing any funds with them.

I personally made a very good experience using Bitunix, the trading interface has many different tools and features. Also the execution of trades works very fast and smooth, seems like the liquidity is good and UX is very developed. Happy to be a user!

Do not fall for their hype about the “Bitunix Care Fund” they do not honour their customers even if you have evidence. Bitunix system went down on 10/10/25 causing massive liquiditations to traders. Their customer service team will send you autogenerated replies saying that you were not logged on during the outage therefore you are not eligible for compensation You will give them evidence proving you were in fact logged in and it will fall on deaf ears. Please do not use this company to trade they are fraudulent. I am looking into an official complaint with the relevant financial body in my country.

Update 18/12/25 Bitunix fail to accept any responsibility for locking their clients out of their accounts during their outage on the 10/10/25. I am still in discussion with the retention team however it is an extremely lengthy process. I strive for a honest and fair outcome and I am putting my trust in Bitunix once again to resolve this amicably.

Update 6/1/26. For anyone reading this, please do not trade with your funds on Bitunix. I am yet to receive any compensation from the 10/10/25 liquidations when I was locked out my account due to their System Error. I have proved to Bitunix time and time again my case, showed them screenshots which prove everything. Now I’m basically being ignored by Eric in the retention team, who is supposed to be the supervisor on my case but he is basically stonewalling. So disappointed in this company.

I am contacting you regarding a very serious issue with my account, which has been locked for about one month, along with all of my funds. Every time I reach out to support, I receive the same generic message asking me to “wait” while the case is being reviewed, but no real update or explanation is provided.

I have complied with the rules and always used this account in a legitimate and transparent manner. From my perspective, keeping my money frozen for this long, without clarity or resolution, is unacceptable. My patience with this situation is now exhausted.

I am formally requesting that my account be restored and that full access to my funds be granted as soon as possible. If this continues with no concrete solution, I will have to escalate the matter outside of your platform, including filing complaints with consumer protection entities and regulators, as well as seeking legal guidance to recover my funds and any related losses.

I genuinely hope this can be resolved directly with your team, in a professional way, but I cannot remain indefinitely with my capital blocked and only receiving standard replies. Please review my case as a matter of urgency and restore my access to the account and funds.

I'll tell you a very unpleasant story about Bitunix.
I saw an ad from some influencer on social media.
They were giving bonus funds for depositing and trading.
I decided to take advantage of it, but I read the bonus rules: do not use them for hedging or arbitrage. Clearly understanding the rules, I started trading on top pairs (XRP/ADA/DOT). After some time, I was blocked. I couldn't withdraw my funds, and I couldn't trade. After contacting support, they accused me of using hedging and arbitrage, threatening to block me for 30 days, even though I was simply trading on different pairs. They requested a video and KYC. I refused to go through all of this because I provided my entire trading history, which didn't include hedging or any illegal manipulations. After that, online support said there might be an error. But I opened three positions; there can't be any errors, and everything is verified in 1 minute, not 30 days.

Clarification: I'm quoting support (You can open positions in different directions on different pairs; this doesn't violate the bonus rules. Opening hedging positions on a single coin is prohibited.)
In conclusion: I didn't violate any rules, my balance was blocked, and they're requiring KYC 1, KYC 2, and a video. Obviously, I won't do anything. I want to see how things are resolved.

New day new problem with Bitunix

WARNING: Bitunix Holding My €2000 With No Timeline – Worst Support Ever

I deposited €2000 via instant payment, and more than 24 hours later, nothing showed up in my Bitunix account. When I contacted support, all I got were copy-paste replies and pointless “please wait 5–10 minutes.”

Then they blamed a so-called “name mismatch”, which makes zero sense because in the Netherlands the bank system auto-generates the abbreviated name — I don’t type anything. I even provided screenshots proving the names match.

Alchemy Pay (their payment provider) clearly told me Bitunix must handle the issue, yet Bitunix keeps pushing the blame and refuses to give any refund timeframe. They even admitted the transaction is “on hold,” but it doesn’t appear anywhere in my account history, making the situation even more suspicious.

The worst part?
They openly said they have NO estimated time for my €2000 refund. People online report waiting up to 90 days — absolutely unacceptable.

My money is stuck, no transparency, no accountability, no urgency. For a genuine customer, this feels unethical, irresponsible, and borderline scam-like.

I’m extremely frustrated and will continue updating this review until Bitunix returns my money. Use this platform at your own risk.455Update

I created an account with the broker and made a deposit. I traded normally and did nothing wrong. On my very first time trading, they already activated this garbage system called “risk control” and froze my balance unfairly, even though I was trading according to the broker Bitunix’s user terms. Now they are forcing me to wait 90 days, while most people who complained here on Trustpilot are waiting 30 days. Now I, in the same situation, have to wait 90 days — this is unacceptable. They froze my balance unfairly. I wouldn’t recommend this broker not even to my worst enemy. Stay alert, everyone.

Just like other reviewers warned, stay away from Bitunix. My experience during the 10/10/2025 mass-liquidation cascade was deeply troubling.

During the outage, Bitunix's system executed two contradictory, system-generated orders at the same timestamp (17:18:51): a Fill-or-Kill (FOK) reduction filled at ~0.171, and a forced liquidation at 0.12960 (my liquidation price). These two outcomes require opposite Mark Price conditions, yet Bitunix claims they occurred "milliseconds apart" without providing the actual Mark Price values used for either trigger.

After weeks of back-and-forth, Bitunix issued a "final and conclusive" decision denying any technical issue and refusing compensation, while still withholding the precise Mark Price data needed to independently verify their explanation.

In their latest reply, Bitunix provided 1-minute Mark Price OHLC data (21:18 UTC) that raises further concerns. The data lists a High of 0.16795, yet my FOK reduction was filled at ~0.171 (a price above the stated High). The same candle lists an Open of 0.16864 and a High of 0.16795, which is mathematically invalid, as an Open cannot exceed the High.

Despite these inconsistencies, Bitunix insists everything functioned correctly, while citing internal policy to avoid disclosing the raw Mark Price or execution data. For a platform that claims transparency and rigorous technical review, this is unacceptable.

Based on my experience and their final response, I strongly caution others against using this exchange.

Wish I had read these reviews - I used a referral link from a influencer with a lot of followers and thought what could go wrong - got flagged for extensive risk control - they won't even put me through to the "retention team" like some of the people that commented here .- One guy David from support I told him I will me name dropping him - if you see his name run for the hills -
They set up all these incentives for trading large volumes to get VIP promotion and magic boxes for rewards and then they pull the rug from under you .
I hope to get my money back or I will raise it with the SEC - like some of the comments here - that seems to have resolved the issue.
They told me it can take up to 30 days - WTF- some people are day traders - they need this income to make ends meat - ridiculous .
I hope you don't survive coming bear market and collapse like FTX - treating your clients like this - after making thousands in fees . A complete disgrace .

I am updating my initial review after the customer service helped me.
I traded a bit on this platform it was going relatively ok, until I stopped receiving SMS confirmation ( My network works perfectly).
It took 2-3 days to solve the issue but it was done.
I keep on using Bitunix

Please avoid bitunix at all costs!!

1. On 10th Oct 2025 there was a sudden crypto crash
2. I saw it happening and was already logged onto Bitunix (phone safari) (desktop firefox)
3. BOTH the phone and desktop app were COMPLETELY unresponsive; I could not access my leverage account
4. Bitunix remained completely unresponsive, locking me out (I refreshed, cleared cache, and nothing worked)
$700 completely wiped and I just had to sit there unable to access my account while it happened
5. After all my positions had liquidated Bitunox suddenly comes back online and starts working again
6. I contacted the so-called support (its not support btw) and they deny any responsibility... claiming they couldn't see me trying to log in... it wont show me trying to log in as I was already logged in

I was speaking to support for over 20 days and was constantly told that they would not compensate, as they couldn't see me logging in

THEN.... to add insult to injury

The support (after endless emails) said they would replace the loss (admitting they areat fault for locking me out) with a $400 futures bonus (sounds great... ITS NOT) ... the futures bonus is fake money with a 30 day expiry... you can use it to trade future but its not real money and its NOT transferable

$700 real money lost... replaced by $400 fake money with a 30 day expiry
With the bonus you can keep the profits (real money)

HOWEVER... given that the end of year markets have been so unstable it wasn't possible to trade

Then... RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRADE (30 day expiry) ALL the bonus money vanished, putting my liquidation point WAY ABOVE my entry price.
If I hadn't checked, it would have wiped my entire account of the little real money I had left.

Bitunix have got my real money now for their own profits, but I'm questioning the legal issue of this by contacting solicitors and the financial governing body

In summary bitunix can and will lock you out when they choose (as its proof they have with me) liquidise your futures account and replace it with fake money

I deposited my own $101 USDT from my verified account, but Bitunix unfairly froze my balance, claiming a $3 bonus issue.
I have already submitted full video KYC and deposit proof, yet they said to wait 14–28 days.
If my funds are not released soon, I will report this case — with full evidence — to consumer regulators and expose it on social media.

Bitunix, Poor Support and Locked Funds

I trusted Bitunix for over 18 months and genuinely liked their trading platform. However, since the Bitcoin crash on October 10th, their service has changed dramatically, to the point where it now feels like outright scamming.

I deposited over $5,000 in USDT via the Arbitrum network. The blockchain clearly shows the transaction was successful, but the funds never appeared in my Bitunix account, leaving me out of pocket.

I reached out to support, providing all necessary proof, including my transaction ID, but they have been completely unhelpful and have refused to acknowledge the issue.

It seems they build trust by listing supported networks, yet fail to provide access to your funds when it truly matters.

Be very careful, I cannot recommend Bitunix. STAY WELL AWAY!
