Amazing :).

Easy to use; Available on all platforms I use; Opensource; strong encryption; free but I'm happy to pay for a family subscription.

Is it perfect? No, not even close. I have had so many minor bugs and issues it's insane. But I don't care. For what I've gained from Bitwarden the rest doesn't compare. They've had my money for many, many years and will continue for many more.

I contacted Bitwarden a couple of times recently with one issue and one question. They responded within the day and their replies were concise and very helpful. Great support!

All in all an excellent product and an excellent company. The company has to tackle some very technical issue and for many introduce new concepts to the end user, they do a moderately good job at this. More tutorial videos would be helpful. Their support department though was exceptional! I Needed to buy the family plan but didn't read the details correctly and accidentally bought the wrong subscription, (premium). I thought I was screwed. My mistake buying the wrong thing, I should have read more carefully, really it was on me, but I contacted support and they immediately understood the problem and issued the refund without question, and they did it very promptly. Very impressed with BitWarden. I am recommending them for my work department and for my whole company.

Superb app for Password management. I've considered it worth upgrading (for only $10 p.a.) to have TOTP (one-time password) 2FA on the big websites, such as google, amazon.

Application itself isn't bad for a free app and still better than other similar apps, but their community is very bad. Their community forum is just another cancerous censoring forum run by power-hungry mod who silences everyone if he doesn't like your post. This sad individual(s) will flag your post and make it hidden from others whenever he wishes if he doesn't like it. Mods like that are reason why nobody bothers with forums anymore nowadays. They're cancer. As a punishment they get 1 star from me. Try to silence me here!

I had a problem, asked for help to solve it. I received timely personal feedback, not generic feedback, which greatly helped resolve my problem in a timely manner. Nice to deal with a live person and not a machine.

I had some questions about the Bitwarden emergency contacts feature and their support staff got back to me quickly and answered my questions. as someone who depends heavily on the password vault I really appreciated the timely response. I love the product and use it all the time. I would highly recommend their product.

I had trouble loading an update and after several attempts, I contacted Bitwarden. As you would expect there was about a 12 hour delay, but they were able to solve the issue. It’s comforting to know that you can reach humans if you have a big problem.

Love the support! Had a problem with my accounts, which could be resolved in no time. Even accidentally created costs have been refunded. Just can recommend this product with all its features and support!

The iPhone Bitwarden app stopped accepting my master password. I emailed Bitwarden tech support and they responded in less than 24 hours with instructions to fix the new IOS 18 setting that caused the problem

After long years using the Last Pass and some leaks there I had a smooth transition to Bitwarden and I'm very happy with all features on it. Great support too. Thanks

Bitwarden support was fast and accurate. They diagnosed the issue I was having and suggested a fix--it worked. I found them to be professional, swift, and accurate in their assistance.

I like that they listen to the users and add features that are actually useful. The free release still allows syncing over internet unlike others.

Have compared with some other password managers that also have emergency access feature.. This one is better in the terms of UI and cheaper..

Every time I need help BW is there promptly. I have tried other password managers but always come back to BW. And the price can't be beat.
