Great support from Bity, as always.

Awful customer support, A week on and I am still waiting for a response from Customer service "usual reply in 2 hours".

I used Bity through the Edge app, which all went through however when following the transaction between the two I receive multiple errors on Bity and cannot get any further ... so far my money is somewhere in space with no way of contacting/getting a response from support.

Absolutely horrible customer support. No reply for a week now, so I have to give people a heads up.

BTC not received for over a week now, even though it shows as executed on their end, and they are not responding to my request!

Finally got in touch with them, it was a bug caused by a badly documented derivation path in the Ledger docs. Should be fixed in a later update. Still 3/5 from me due to very slow and inaccurate initial support.

Recently I spent a very unhappy 7 days waiting for customer support to help me access my funds. After 7 days they finally sorted it out, but that was too long to wait in limbo wondering if my money had been lost forever. Good and fast support is really important, especially when it's about your client's money.

Not recommended , 18 days and not receive my BTC (BTC Price Grow up :( ), Poor Customer Support, and a lot of problems in the system.

Be worry! Spam company ! And all 5 starts reviews from his staff, this company buy this reviews ,i sell 0.025 btc and my bank reject the transfer because they mention crypto transfer in the description and they do this because they know the banks will reject the transfer because they mention crypto .. after i order back my btc my btc back 0.017 and its back after 25 days ! Scam company

Although experiences have always been great with Bity, I have lately not received answers to my requests. This is not the service quality they had used us to in the past...

Great company, they are the real deal in crypro - fiat on off ramp solutions. Highly adviced.

Support was kind, but a bit slow.
They resolved my problems without a question.

I use bity ATM for first time in 12.02.2021. It was really easy to get a ticket (paper wallet). I was happy to be able to have anonymous transaction. The problem was occur when I try to import this paper wallet in my hardwallet (all the more so as, I was a beginner).
I try alone to understand how to do it but I failed even with internet search.
I contact support service to help me. They are very helpful, available and serious. They send me some documentation very helpful.
So service was great and now I know hw to do it.. So, very good experience but I advice Bity to put some documentation in their website to help customer as me in this case.

Transactions took 2 weeks and the fees are intransparent

Approachable staff and resolves issues instantly.

I had a bad experience with this company. Before making exchange from euro to BTC, i have talked in the chat with support and make agreement about big sum for exchanging. Then I have sent money. Bity has got my euro but didn't pay me bitcoins as promised 1 day before during the chat! i had an advanced level (with some test success exchange orders) but a support asked a video session before paying me bitcoin. And I waited this video for about 1 week! Only after video session they could paid me btc. I don't understand why support didn't told me to prepare my profile via video beforehand! I was very angry. The conclusion is that the company can delay the BTC exchange for a long time at any time. Very unreliable service

I really like the clean design. Maybe add a section with a portrait of your location incl. photo. I had a hard time trusting your business the first time, especially in crypto.

Transaction fees are too high imo and not transparent at all. I wanna know what I‘m paying exactly.

The transaction took exceptionnaly longer that it should have resulting in a loss in the exchange rate.
HOWEVER, the support team was understanding and willing to make up for it.
Hence, the well-earned 5 star review.

For some reason the redeem ticket for cashing out at the atm didn't work. After contacting bity.com per email they have managed to solve the problem. Quick and easy!
